It is due on Tuesday, so they'll definitely be up by then! It'll change and grow little by little over the weekend. In fact, we've already transferred a few new html pages over tonight. The "fancy" (or unnecessary) changes will depend on how much time we have. We really REALLY appreciate everyone's help and suggestions.

I'm bumping this because I'm still open to suggestions. We've uploaded several new pages, so the only ones that aren't available yet are the catalog pages.

What do you guys think of the footer at the bottom?

Any new suggestions??

Yup, the same link still works. Here it is again so you don't have to go back to the first page.

Did you guys decide if you were going with TheLook or The Look? There are still some of each.

I haven't gotten through all the pages yet, but I'm ready to order!! Why don't you go ahead and just make it for real!

As a side not, this reminds me of my daughter. She is going to school for design - she wants to design restaurants and hotels. She won the Dean's award for a restaurant design that reminds me of your site - fresh and innovative. Hey - maybe when you get one of your real stores built, she can add an attached restaurant for you. You don't have one in Chicago, but I'm sure she'd take on the London one!

My Links are all REALLY light gray (like I can hardly see the print). Think that is my monitor?

On your contact page, the headings could be more evenly spaced or lined up across/over the columns. I have a wide screen monitor - that wouldn't make any difference, would it?

It could be your monitor, but we'll darken it up just to be sure.

We already planned to realign the contact page. That bugged me from the beginning, but we've been trying so hard just to finish before we went back to make it "pretty" and looking just the way we want. Tomorrow you'll see a lot more of these minor changes (including The Look being uniform throughout the site and some other suggestions from this thread).

If we had the products, we might just make it real, but unfortunately, we have nothing to sell... lol

Sounds like your daughter is learning a lot and doing great! Congrats on the Dean's award! You must be very proud.

Thanks for all of your suggestions, they have been super helpful. We'll see what we can do to make some of the suggestions become reality, but that will be after about 8 hours of sleep .

I agree with Diane about the logo. The reflective logo should be uniform throughout.

Also, if I may suggest: I think it gives a site a more professional feel, if the image links do not have the purple boxes around them. You can do this, by adding: border="0"> to the end of your image codes.

I would also set the links to open in a separate window, or a window inside the page, so the site is not closed if someone forgets to use their back button.

Thanks so much! I'll add the "border" attribute when I add in the "alt" so that should be an easy fix. The new window suggestion is great as well! I hadn't thought of that!
