Kathryn, I'm glad you got through that. I agree with everyone else, you are AWESOME girl! I am praying that the pervert will be locked up for a long, long time to pay for what he did to you and to protect other women from this monster. |

Kat, Like so many here, I am writing through a blur of tears. But, perhaps, not for the same reason. I cry for you, for what you have been through because of a predator; but, I also cry tears of gratitude to you (and others) who speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves. Like, my Hannah. She is non-ambulatory and non-verbal. She is completely helpless and dependent on others. We have spent countless hours, days and weeks in hospitals over her lifetime. There are always tests, and the need to be transported from one area of the hospital to the other (by attendants). Of course, when she's in hospital, they get the whole family, because dad and I move in and she never goes anywhere without one of us. But....what about those who don't have family? Or, people who just blindly assume that attendants are trustworthy? Believe me - I've thought about this a lot, as a mother. I am certain justice will prevail in your case. But, I just want to say to you, from a mother's heart ~ whatever the outcome, "thank-you" for speaking out, and exposing someone who preys on the weak, or people in a weakened state - in an environment where they should feel safe. |

Yes I am very proud of you to ! You went through with it you are angel there are so many people who wouldn't of, but you did and we are all proud of you. Day one of waiting over...... I'm on pins and needles.... I hope this trial dosen't really go to the 21st of Dec! I dont how I will ever last that long:confused: this one day has been torture enough.:( Thanks for thinking of me guys, I'll keep checkin in. Love you all!:) |

I'm home. All I can say is Kathryn really needs your prayers and well wishes right now. This is a very stressful and emotional time for her. It's bringing back all of those AWFUL and HORRIBLE memories that NO ONE would ever want to remember or relive. I wish I could have stayed until the trial is over to give her some support and comfort but I was needed back at work. Kat has a good support system over there. Her husband, Brian, is amazing and so supportive. Thank god she has him. He's her rock, no doubt about it. Kat, if you read this, I love you and I'm here for you. You're going to get through this. I know you may not believe me but in time, with the help of Brian and your family and friends, you will get through this. Call me anytime, I'm always here for you. |
