Kathryn I am just reading this for the first time...could tell from your first post what it was all about, but glad to see the links to the news stories. I can believe that letting it all out on the stand would be a heavy burden lifted off your shoulders, and I am praying the the trial ends soon with the outcome we are all looking for. Stay strong!

You are so brave, Kathryn:thumbup: Your speaking up is more than likely sparing some other unfortunate women the pain and humiliation of this predator. Continued prayers that he gets what he deserves. God will take care of things;)

I'm so glad your testimony is over and I hope you don't have to go back on the stand again. I'll be praying for you and for a speedy trial. He will get what's coming to him...and hopefully his atty will to. How can she live with herself making up a defense like that? Even if a patient made advances to a nurse the nurse is sworn to do what is in the best interest of the patient so that shouldn't fly even in a case where it was true. Crazy!

More prayers on their way to you, Kathryn. You did us all proud by doing something that most women would rather hold in and spend their lives living in fear, than bearing their souls in front of not just those in the courtroom, but all the strangers reading the papers and watching tv. You are truely brave and I am in awe. You have my deepest respect and I am praying that you will soon be able to get on with your life and leave all this behind you.
