				 | We have The Shark and I love it. Steaming carpets is a plus. I also use it to steam clean the shower stall and my garden tub. |

| Therapy Dog Donating Member | OK I was asked to give an update on this stupid mop!!..lol. Don't waste your money on this one - get the Shark and save yourselves tons of money. The H2O mop leaks too much water and I had to still go on my hands and knees to wipe the floor over to get the excess water off and the streaking. I did all I was supposed to do to avoid that - I even called their customer service with no help. So now I have this fancy mop sitting in the basement. LuvMySissy (Jodie) has the Shark and she loves hers.

				 | I have bought two of H20 Steamers, the 1st one lasted 3 months, it's great for fast clean-ups, it died so I got another one which lasted two weeks, the problem with them is that the steam won't come out anymore so I ended up getting the Bissel floor and rugs steamer for $90.00 and it works way better them the H20. It pick up the water and it does clean way better them the H20. I wld recommend the Bissel before the H2O

| Therapy Dog Donating Member | OMG too funny...yup that mop is sitting in my basement. I may try it again one of these days. I even added vinegar to the water with no luck. Or it may be at a future garage sale..lol.
