Sounds like a virus. Can you restart your modem if you have one? You may have to reformat your hard drive. |

What if when you are restarting the computer you tap on the F11 key...I think that might bring you into safe mode...its been so long I hardly remember..sounds like its a bad virus whatever you got.. Dawn |

hmmm...hopefully it's a mean pop-up and not a virus. I woulda turned the computer off and not said anything to my hubby and let him think he did something to his own computer...but that's bad and sneaky. You are a much nicer person..hehe |

Well, hubby has been working on it tonight and he plugged in a different monitor to it and it came on, but the laptop definately crashed. He had to reinstall everything, i don't know what he'll do to get the screen going again, but i'm staying out of it! LOL |
