I hate being sick!!!!!!!!
It really Sucks...

If you feel the flu starting Do me a favor. Go to the DR and get tamiflu.
I think I waited to long. over 48 hrs
I am still waiting on the DR to let me know.

I don't think I have ever heard of Tamiflu......I need to check that out!

Sorry to hear your sick Lori. Feel better soon.

I had a sinus infection last week and also waited and it only
got worse. Sometimes only a prescription will do the trick.

Tamiflu came out a few years ago. It only works in the day or two of the onset of the flu. and not with all flus.
Just the Kind listed on the site.

When I last used it. I felt 200% better the next day after.

I hate Sinus problems!
Well the DR called back and want me to stay put. Tamiflu wont help me now :(

I'm glad I didn't go to work today I would have exposed 100's of people!

No I had not gotten it yet.
I don't always get one.
I did for the first time in a long time last year.

I awear I have been sick more often in the last few months than in all my life???

Lori, so sorry that you are ill. My granddaughter was sick with flu like symptoms last week and ended up in the hospital for 2 days. Be sure to drink lots of fluids. Hope you feel better soon.

Feel better Lori! I'm sorry you have the flu. I had it once - it was awful.

I'm sick too. My throat is bothering me and I cant really talk, and I'm FREEZING even though everyone else is warm.

LOL, I just posted in the other thread that I didn't know you were sick. If I just would have kept reading I guess I would have known.:p The flu is so awful. The only bright side is at least you have time to get it out of your system by Christmas. More get well hugs!:)

Lori you poor baby! :( Hope you feel better soon. The key to all of it is fluids and REST. :nursing:

I was sick a few weeks ago after an overnight trip to Texas (d*mn planes; they are flying germ capsules). Had a horribly sore throat that took my voice for three days. I missed two days of work, too. But during that time, I slept and slept and slept. Helped a lot.

I stayed home from work today - I think I have the flu too :( my entire body hurts and I feel hot and cold at the same time uggggggggggh

I Went to work today and Do feel a bit better.
At least the Aches are gone. Now I need to get the fog outa my head. at least thats what it feels like.
I hope everyone else that is feeling under the weather feels better really soon..
