Who has done Yoga Booty Ballet For.......
 
Weightloss and firming up?Please share which workout was effective for you. There are so many of these workouts I have no idea which one to purchase. Thanks in advance!

i ride my bike outside about 70 miles a week -I just got a bike basket today so bella can go with me. I have a coworker that does the yoga booty ballet and she loves it....but it makes her so sore and she is in shape!!:rolleyes:

I have those dvds and I love them but I'll tell you what really shapped my hips and legs big time.....rebounding....those little trampolines. Get one either on line or sign up at your local YMCA....It's great cardio and gets you in shape fast...at least it did for me. :D There's also those cardiolates dvds (where you do Pilates on the rebounder).

rebounding sounds like fun.YMCA is a great idea also.I always see the yoga Booty on t.V and it looks like so much fun. I just need to exercise.How often do you do the Yoga Booty workouts.

I try to work out 4 times a week - two cardio and two strength with weights. I also have other dvds that I switch out with Yoga Booty - Billy Blanks and that other dude I can't think of his name that does the exercise dance thing. :confused:

Richard Simmons?

I do regular Yoga, 6 times a week. I love it. It focuses more on relaxation, but its good for your body, too. :)

That's a good idea to have several .Leaving this morning to go shopping for some of these workouts to get my booty on the ball. LOL

I remember my other dvd it was Hip Hop Abs with Sean T - those are fun too!

I love Yoga too and just started and you think that it does nothing but boy you do get a workout since you have to hold the poses so long...that's the hardest part.

she was doing it at a gym . she is a travel nurse that i worked with long lean and limber:rolleyes:
she is in Laguna Beach now so i am not sure if she found a class there. I will ask if she got a tape though

We switch off between floor and standing. floor is definetly easier, but standing gives you MUCH more of a workour. Pilates is awesome, too. Its really hard, but holy cow with the workout haha.
