The kits are the best... You basically get the brushes for free... I love the brushes!!!:aimeeyork |
I bought a starter kit for my Daughter for xmas, hope she likes it ! I bought it through their site ! |
I started using Bare Minerals about a month or so ago. I love the stuff. I found that the Bare Vitamins Skin Rever-upper makes a wonderful base. It really attracts the minerals and helps them to blend even better. I have very oily skin and this is the only foundation that has held up to the oil. It won't melt away. I blot with an oil sheet and voile, looks like I never had any oil at all without disrupting my bare minerals foundation. It does take some practice to use. Less is definitely more. I would recommend this product to anyone. |
I've been using BE for a couple years and really like it. I also check it out on QVC because they put some nice kits together for a reasonable price. |

I use it too!...... and so do my daughters ( great stocking stuffers! :) ) I have purchased it via QVC, but there is also a beauty supply store that we have called ULTA that sells it, too. |
It started w/ me from QVC and then my sister, then her daughter, then her grand-daughter, then my other sister, then my mom, then my friend... and the spreading continues... LOL...:aimeeyork |
I started using it last Xmas and have ever since! I love it. My skin is so much better looking without makeup than when I was using liquid foundation. It really improves skin, IMO! I have found it in the mall in their own store, at Sephora and at a store called Ulta. Very well worth trying! |

I love bare minerals - its the only makeup that does not irritate my skin at all. I actually think its helping and it looks soooooooooo natural and doesnt feel like I have make up on at all! I tell everyone about it! |
Bare minerals is by far the best make up, I have found. It's light as a feather on your face and just blends so well. I haven't found a better price than QVC. I never mentioned this before but last March I had cancer surgery on my face and the incision was all the way from the corner of my eye to my chin. Eight hr. surgery and then the same the following day for the skin graft and then I looked like I was ready for Halloween for a good six weeks but I was lucky to have found a good surgeon and it healed just beautifully. It's a little pink still so the bare minerals my grand daughter got me is just perfect and my daughter and many other said they would never know I had surgery and I feel the same when I look at me. I should sell it, I love it so much. |

I use it too! I absolutely love it.. It's the best makeup I've tried in my 24 years. lol. I even got my mom using it. It works great... I have rosaecha and it covers it better than any other makeup I've tried. I usually buy mine thru ebay now because it's basically half the price... I only buy it from the store when I need it asap. Expecially for the brishes...it's cheaper to get on ebay.... they're onlike like $5 a piece :) Oh, and QVC has a great variety as well :) Queston- What do you giys use as a makeup case to store yourt bear minerals? I've been looking for the perfect case forever...but no luck. |

My 33 year old daughter has had major acne issues (currently on Accutane) and she has started using it and she likes it. |
I have used BE for 2 yrs now. It takes no time to apply. I get compliments on my skin all the time. I can't imagine not having it! I get mine at sephora but thry just opened a BE store in my mall. I can't shop there. There are too many choices! I have dry skin and BE really dried my skin. But I use philosophy's. Hope in a Jar to moisturize first. Fixed that right up! |
