| There...got it now I guess I never realized some people looked at that and really used those...oops! It'll be there from now on! I just always used people's usernames because I thought the real one might offend (unless I know them on a more personal level, through PMs and such) but now I'll use them whenever I can

| Good thread. There are lots of times I too have felt invisible and my posts ignored. I also view some threads and don't post because I don't know the answers. I have been known to kill more than one thread I also notice some posts with better known users get more posts. I didn't post in this thread earlier but went thru ALL the new posts and posted to all threads that had only a few or no posts and you know what, I had 33 notices in my email. I guess that proves that each one of us, even if invisible, can make a difference. I have also made several very good friends on here. I guess that means that everyone should just stick in there 'cause we all mess up from time to time. Patty |

Hi Patty! I've killed quite a few threads too. I know someone has to be the last one but you never want it to be you.

). I just felt like someone who had been here 18,000 posts should be known! You're most welcome, Nikki . I only knew it because I've seen others address her as such, and she didn't seem to mind. And, yes, her name is new to her sig line.

| Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I must admit a felt a little ignored a few times, but I understand that there are a lot of people here and I just bumped my threads whenever I could. I must admit that whenever a member new or old had a big problem or really needed advice, YTalkers were there and those threads were never ignored. thank God I didn't have to go through a situation like those, so it's ok if I just get a few responses in my picture threads I rather have 15 responses on a happy thread than 200 responses on a sad thread |

| I think the really cool thing is, we all feel the same exact way sometimes but none of of us actually hurt anyone's feelings intentionally. I know the next time I don't get the responses I hoped for or get ignored all together (and yes, I know it is bound to happen), I'll remember it is NOT personal. I'll bump it up and beg for posts or suck it up and accept it. But honestly I'm going to try harder to post, not just read, and make sure new members and old know and feel that they are welcome and appreciated. I'm being so mushy so it's time for a group hug-

| Okay, I've read this whole thread - every post. I am not posting about anyone's new puppy who, in the time of thread, turned 16. Loved the whole thread!! I am also a thread killer. But I am also dense and apparently don't take a hint when I'm ignored. I'm terrible with the name thing because I, too, am afraid that I'd call someone their dog's name. So, in addition to the great idea of using names, I propose that people are not put off or offended if user names are used. Consider it our lame attempt at creating a more personal place. I would like to say that I DO comb the threads for those pitiful low-count threads (typically mine!) and pop in (I also talk to the person in the corner of the party that no one talks to). I also bump threads that are lost on page 6 even if I don't know the answer. It makes us new members feel a little better to know that you've all felt this way at one time or another. OR that at least you all fake it to make us feel better. There are several of you that pose as thread killers, and you are so NOT!!!!
