Great thread!! I have to say I totally agree. I have been here for over a year now and at times I still fill like I am ignored or overlooked. But that isn't it at all, atleast I hope,lol. It is just that there are so many members here and so many threads that some of them get overlooked. I try to post as much as I can especially if I see a thread where there are few replies. But being a new member they don't know this and I can see why it would be easy to think they are being ignored.

Diane you probably don't notice how often people you think aren't thread killers actually do kill threads. I think we only notice when it's us.

I don't think anyone could kill this thread right now if they tried! I never really though about thread killing before, when I think about it the threads I kill are usually my own!

Me too! Those are always the ones I notice! I hate seeing my username under the topic as the last poster, over and over and over.

Since we're on the subject of what bugs us, you know what bugs me? I go through general discussion all the time bumping threads. I bumped a thread with no responses yesterday and there are still no replies. I think it would be funny if I keep bumping it up, so I left it today.

Just click the CP up at the top menu and on the left you will see edit signature. It's really easy and I'm not very smart about these kinds of things.

What happens when you start getting e-mail notifications on all of them? Do you reply to all those????

I think that's another reason I'be been choosier about what I reply to. If I reply to everything, I wake up the next morning with 50 e-mail notifications. Then the next day it's 100, then 200, etc... There aren't enough hours in the day.

I suppose I could check "No e-mail notification" on a particular thread, then I risk not knowing if someone replied specifically to me.
