| She is soooo cute. My Oliver loves those green and yellow donut things. Walmart 94 cents. Can't beat that!!!!! He does the same thing and then chews the squeaker out. He bends them up to make them look like a smile.

| Hallie is such a cutie patutie . . .I just want to jump into the screen and give her a warm and tight hug. With a new toy everynight I wouldn't want to go to sleep either |

| Oh the toys aren't new but her little ritual is to get a toy from the toybox in the living room and bring it to bed with her. All of this happens at about 11pm and just drives Simon and I nuts Lucky for her she's so stinkin cute! |

| I see . . . can she jump off the bed? Tiger is the same way, no toy but gets distracted when we are all in bed so he has been sleeping in the laundry room for quite some time now and it works for us and HIM And since he can jump off my bed, there is NO sleeping for ME |

| Gracie's idea of bringing a toy to bed is actually the toy coming to bed with her. My cats. Some nights, it is impossible to go to sleep with two or three 4-leggers bouncing on top of me and running around. Fortunately, on day one of puppy school, I was taught the magic trick to calm a puppy in 5 minutes or less. (Gently rub their chest just below their neck). It is just like a shot of IV valium!

| Hallie is a little doll!! Fortunately for us, Conner will play with toys on the bed for about 15 minutes, then go to sleep. We have to keep the door closed because he would roam around the house until the wee hours if he could, and then wake us up to get on the bed!! He can get down but won't use the stairs to get up.

| aww...isn't it funny how they come up with their own little rituals? My maltese, Chan, chews a bone every night when we go to bed. I read for about 1/2 hour and he chews. Some nights he'll stop when the lights go out...some nights he keeps right on chewing! Pretty hard to sleep with him munching!

| Oh yes, we walk to get some of Simon's energy down but Hallie's little legs get so sore that I actually have to carry her most of the way. Even when her legs hurt and she wouldn't walk to bed (I carried her) she would find a toy because you don't have to walk to squeek hehe She gets her second wind around 11pm and there are nights where Simon and I will be rudely awakened around 2am to Hallie playing. She's a night owl and a little party animal~ |
