YorkieTalk Newbie! | Barking Bella boo !! Hi everyone ! I'm new to this so need help pls ! I can t seen to upload a picture of Bella boo , she our gorgeous girl about to turn 1 next week . She is such a loving dog , lovely natured....until we go out for walks , she growls and barks at anyone that comes remotely near us ! I don't want people to see her as a nasty pasty , any advice would be greatly appreciated xx🌺Xx |

| Maybe you can take little treats(something she really loves) with you on your walks, then if someone friendly approaches you have them give her the treats. Try doing this until she sees meeting strangers as a positive thing. Obviously, you have to be a good judge of people to keep her and yourself safe. I would bring a little tray or dish along so she won't take the treat directly from their hand at first, just in case she hasn't figured yet that it is fun to meet new people. It will take a little effort on your part at first, but, it will be worth it because she will eventually love to meet new people . Hope this works for you. |
