Hey Yorkie lovers,

I'm sure Chuchi isn't the only one. I find it adorable when he does this with the carpet, I'd be curious to know why he does it, to immerse himself in his scent :confused: But to me, its just adorable, I hope you enjoy this video from my webcam that just happened to catch Chuchi in his adorable act :)

Shadow does this in the morning when she wakes up. After a bath, she runs to the carpet to mess up her coat. I think she likes the "messy" look.

3 of mine do the same thing! Have no reason why, but my grandmother told me it was an old wives tale that ment company was coming:-) but i am sure there is a logical reason why they do this.

Chuchi is too adorable rolling around on the carpet. I have no idea why he is doing it but mine like to do the same on my bed while doing a cute "this feels soooo good" moan. :D

mine both will do that. we call it rubbing their "stink" on everything :D

It's another way they scent mark. They have gland on each side of their face. Notice how he wallers in it after rubbing his face. ;)

What gland do you mean? The parotid gland is on the side of the face below the ear, but they don't mark scent with them, they actually help with digestion -- internal. What gland on the side of their face marks scent?

Awww! Chuchi looks like he's swimming on the carpet! lolz Emma just did this on the grass yesterday morning! I think it's so cute and funny at the same time!
