Second snow of the season
 
Since some foolish YTers encouraged me to do more videos (and I'm not mentioning any names, marcerella02) here's one of our second storm of the season. Jack had surgery a few days after this was shot, and I'm amazed at his level of activity with such a bad hernia. He's the toughest dog I know.

Well I am going to thank whomever the foolish YT'rs are that encouraged you to keep making videos! :D Loved it!! Jack looks unbelievable considering it was just days before his surgery. Two snowstorms already? We are way behind you guys, I just put in an order for our first snow, hopefully it won't be long now ;)

Wow I love those videos of those dogs walks. They have so much fun. Even in the snow and cold. Of course 2 snow storms already.....you can keep those. I'm not looking forward to those. Love those boots how do they stay on there feet. Mine when I tried them keep coming off the feet. So I never tried it again.

:eek: What hernia surgery??? I knew I was behind, but ..... :) I can see that little Jack is doing great! Good job, Dad and boys ... just glad that snow is yours and not ours!! brrrrrrrrrrrr ;)

YAYAYAYAYA so pressure DOES work :D I love the beginning- Jack had a moral dilema... do I wait for dad or go with Eddie... lol.... SO CUTE!!!! Thanks Mike!!! Made my morning!

I absolutely loved it!! You have amazing dogs, and they were the cutest things I've seen.... :D

LOL, thanks. I was hoping that didn't come off as a smart-a$$. :p

Yeah, I'm trying to learn to make better videos, and the videographers I've talked to say you've got to use a tripod for the best Web-quality videos. So these ones with the dogs are practice. Well, practice AND showing off my cute dogs. ;)

Oh that was great! Rusty looks, um, a little larger than when he left here. (and with all of the exercise he gets now I can't figure out how). Jack and Eddie just crack me up. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Actually, no! He was only 50 pounds when I weighed him last week. I did increase his feeding, though, so perhaps he's picked up a few. But he has amazed me. I think he was 54 when I got him, and he's stuck right about there the entire time. Fifty shocked me. Meanwhile, Eddie gains every time he gets one too many pieces of kibble. Well, that's my story.

What a good dog to wait on dad. I don't dare let mine go without leashes (I don't think anyway) but I'd love taking them to visit some snow for a day or two, but then come back home. :D

Thanks. Yeah, I usually keep them on leashes out of the house and to the park because Eddie and Rusty have been known to race across the street when the neighbor's dog is out. But that wasn't the case, and it made for a better video. :rolleyes:

At the park, I can see a long way so I often let them go off-leash if no one is around. I make them poop first, though, so I don't have to worry about that.

I absolutely love your videos. This one made my day, as we don't see snow here in Miami, Florida. It is hot, humid and muggy here I would love to be in your cool weather. Keep the videos coming!!!!:D

Awesome video, Mike! I LOL'd at Jack hauling tush up that hill after you guys! :p:p:p Little man is so cute! haha. Rusty's coat is soooooo shiny. Did you change his food or is it still the good old stuff? ;) I don't think his coat ever shined like that before.

Thanks, Megaroni. I've played around with Rusty's diet a little. He's getting a bland kibble supplemented with the same home-cooked the Yorkies are on. He was on straight kibble for a while and wasn't real hot about it, but toss a couple tablespoons of meat and potatoes, vitamins and veggies in there and he WOLFS it down.

The good news: His flatulence is unnoticeable and his stools have been firm. Don't get any better than that!

Aww, Mike - snow videos make my day! We don't see it very often in Georgia - so I have my winters vicariously thru your videos.

Your guys all look great.

Hmmm, I don't know if you like "Prince" or not, but there's a song called "Baby, I'm a Star" that would make great background music for one of your videos.

I hate to tell you this, cause I know that head of yours is going to get soooo big, but I really do enjoy your videos, great job to your wife for taking it!:) Next time Eddie make daddy jump on the benches and get off without falling in the snow:p Lucky you are really lucky to have such a great family!:) Keep those videos coming Mrs. Lucky(your poor wife never gets any credit)!:D
