Tink Walking/Jumping/Running
 
In April Tink nearly died from massive seizures. She was practically a vegetable for about a week. You can find her story here. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...ick-again.html

For those of you who have followed Tink's progress from not being able to move 4 months ago to being able to race down the greenspace at home last week - here's a short little video of her last Saturday after her exciting race - which of course I couldn't get a video of!:rolleyes: It's not very good 'cause I don't know what I'm doing, but you can see her darling little self in her new dress from luvmysissy.

That is so wonderful to see Tink so well!! She is an inspiration to you, like Brooke is an inspiration to me! Brooke has a brain disease and at one point she was twisted up in a contorted c postition and she couldn't move or walk and with chinese medicine, acupuncture and tender loving care she is now running, walking, jumping and playing again too!! It is amazing how strong these little ones are...they have the heart of a lion! Everytime I see Brooke run I think of how lucky I am that she is still with me and I'm sure that is how you feel about Tink!! Take care and enjoy her always!

that is amazing! Tink looks so adorable! What a journey you two have been on....I'm so glad to see both of you doing so well and just enjoying each other. Continued warm wishes to you both.

Oh Tink you had a lot of us worried for awhile.. and I am so glad to see that precious face looking so happy and wow.. jumping over the footstool like that and running to get your ball.. I am so very happy for you ...sending your mom hugs..

Tink, look @you Pretty Girl! What a Blessing! Loved seeing you on the video!! You just warm my heart! Of course, you've always had my heart because you look just like the female version of my granpuppy Cole. You 2 make a great match!! ;) You've come soooo far & I know Mommy's heart is just so full right now knowing what a strong girl you've been. Mine too! :D

OMG - if this video doesn't bring the biggest smile and happy tears to your face, I don't know what will!!!!!! Tink is the miracle we all hoped she would be!!!! And you are so correct - that little face is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!

I am literally laughing through my tears!!! When Tink jumped over the foot stool...I almost fell off mine. Tink is a true miracle...and I do believe in miracles...I believe in Tink!!! Susie you must be beside yourself. Thank you Dear Lord for protecting Tink and Susie...thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tink looks stunning...Winston is throwing her kisses...hope she catches them as well as she catches her ball!!!

Tink has come full circle!!! Way to go Tink!!:exclaim: That is just great that Tink will be able to come home on Wednesday. What a day to celebrate! You & Tink have both come a long way. Take Care.....both of you. :)

I just viewed that video again. I sound like I've lost my mind! I keep saying "look look look". I wanted you to see that Tink can walk all by herself and soooo well!!! I kept getting so excited that I took my finger off the camera button and the video would stop.:rolleyes: It's just amazing to me that she can move around so quickly.

She still stumbles once in a while and either plops on the floor or if she's trying to run she goes head over heels. It's kind of funny - you can't help but chuckle.

I was just going to go look for an update somewhere and I saw your name. Oh, I am so happy. It is just unbelievable. I you had asked me what I thought at the beginning of Tink's illness, I would have never, ever imagined this outcome. Our Lord is good, Susie.

1. You did not sound like you lost your mind! I knew exactly what you were saying and wanting to share with us.
2. Just amazed at her progress and just said out loud "and I thought we had lost you, Tink". Such a relief to watch her active, her coat is beautiful and shiny, eyes bright and her Momma is moving around much better, too.
3. Tink is one of YT's miracle pups and a vet's clinical top 10.

Thank you so much for giving us this gift, Susie. I never imagined she was so strong and quick. Bless both of your sweet hearts.

WOW - she looks just fantastic - she always does though :p...but to see her jump like that made me smile too....Man she's come a long long way and so have you -

I'm so happy for you that she came back fully recovered - She sure looks like the Tink we all know and love in that video !

Omg!! She is doing wonderfully.....!!! I thought when it first started, she might show how she wobbles a little ...NOT!!!! I about fell over when she jumped up onto the ottoman!!! Oh my, she looks back all the way!!! I am soooo happy for you both!! What a wonderful recovery!!! YAY TINK!!!! So glad to see you doing so well!!! Congratulations to the both of you!!:)
