Rub-A-Dub-Dub! Tator's In The Tub!
 

I was telling Brenda in a PM tonight how much Tatum's loves taking her bath as we were talking about grooming the babies, etc. Well I had mentioned in the PM that I took this video of Tatum SLEEPING in the bath, which reminded me to post it.

Just to explain, Tatum LOVES being brushed, groomed, bathed - you name it, SHE LOVES IT. I wish I could say the same about Stedman but unfortunately I can't - he hates EVERYTHING. lol.

Tate Tate will whine and cry (literally) to be bathed. If I tell her, "TATE! You wanna take a bath?" she will run to the kitchen sink and cry cry cry until I put her in :) Then once she gets in and that warm water hits her, she is out like a light! :D She literally falls asleep :eek: I have never in my life seen a dog do this in the bath, lol. It is just so relaxing to her. She also falls asleep while being brushed :)

Being brushed and groomed and bathed is being pampered to her - I call it her spa day :D It is just so relaxing and calming for her, and she LOVES it! :D

I can honestly say though, that you will NEVER EVER see a video of Stedman sleeping in the bath :laugh: I have NO time to get a video of that boy while he is in the bath as he is standing there trying to get out the whole time :D

Also in one of the clips you will see that Tatum is licking on a piece of ice, LOL. This she also LOVES. I actually have to give her bowls of crushed ice from the fridge as any time I go to get a drink and put ice in my glass she will stand there and cry for some :rolleyes: She loves it!!

Anyway, I had to bribe her with an ice cube to lick so that she would actually GET UP for one of the videos lol. She is such a little mess!!

Wow , you are so lucky and what a cutie. I have had two yorkies and they both hated to be bathed. You would swear it was torture to them.

Is Tatum crazy for ice cubes? My Bella goes nuts every time she sees or hears me go to the fridge and use the ice maker. She just loves eating ice chips. :D

Tater Tot is hilarious:) She reminds me of someone at a spa being pampered. All she needs is her nails polished!!

First of all, little Miss Tater is the most adorable thing ever! :wub:

Second, I am SOOOO jealous! I'd be happy of Susanah was only HALF as calm as Tate in the bath.

It's a testament to her trust, mom! She's very secure in your hands - even when she's all wet!

Abigail HATES her bath (she hides when she sees the shampoo), even though she always feels great afterwards. But, she LOVES being brushed! She can't wait for me to settle down somewhere when she sees the brush! I'm soooooooo thankful that's not a fight!

OMG Brooke, that is just too funny. Tator Tot is adorable as ever!!

I HAVE to have her!!!!!! What a dollbaby!! I can't believe how calm she is. oh my goodness! As soon as Juju realizes she is going to get a bath, she starts shaking!! And continues all the way through! All you can see is two big eyes! You would think she was being tortured. Then, she's scared to get blow-dried. I sit the dryer on the counter and sit down and hold her in front of it (not too close). Now let's see Steddy!! LOL!!

HAHAHA, girl I am laughing so hard. That is seriosuly too darn funny. Unfortunately, all of mine act like I'm killing them during bath time. :cool: I have discovered that if I put atleast two of them in together they seem to calm down. However, I also think using the sink is so much easier with them. Now I just need a bigger sink to put Snoot in. :p tell tator she's a good little girl and her Aunite and cousins send her kisses. :D

OMG Brooke Tator-Tot is so cute and it looks like she would stay there all day letting you pour warm water over her and feed her ice cubes....man...what a life! That was awesome!:D Ahhh a girl after my own heart.;)

OMG THAT IS SOO CUTE!! Rocco doesn't LIKE his baths per se, but he also just lays down and goes to sleep while I bathe him, but I don't know if he necessarily likes them as he doesn't cry or whine to get them. He just deals with the card he's given..loool..Tator tot is sooooooooooooo adorable, I just wanted to grab her cute wittle tongue as she licked the ice :D

Brooke - you and Tate are killing us with cutness overload!!!!!!!!! I've never seen a pup (of any kind) fall asleep in the tub!!!!!!! I wish Angel would get some of that. She does all she can to escape!!!!

OMG Brooke, she really does LOVE it . . .that soooooo really cute . . . she just lays there and let Mommy do her thing . . .Annika will stand still while being bathe but you can tell she does not care for it . .she just does not want to put up a fight when it comes to mommy working on her. But Tiger will wiggle out of it if he can . . luckily I do it in my shower so he is permanently confined during the entire bathing session :p
