What a yorkie will do for a biscuit! I have my babies out for playtime in my kitchen with the child gate up across the doorway so they don't get out. Too much they could get in to. I then had to put up towels to block tehm from squeezing through and getting put. Then gave my yorkie babies - now 8 weeks old - their doggy biscuits. Well, I quess Charolette heard me reach inside the box to get out the buscuits and was balancing herself on her hind feet to see over the gate with towels. And not just staying in one place - she walked on her hind feet all the way across the length of the gate - probably 7 feet! All I could see was her head sliding from right to left across the top of the gate. I never knew she could do this. And my mistake - I thought she just wanted in to play with her babies. Wrong. She looked at me with those big sad eyes when I got her over. As if to say - "I didn't want in! I want a cookie." Sure enough, I gave her a biscuit and she was ready to go back over the gate. Yorkies are so funny. T. :yorkiesar |
That is sooo cute. If you had that on video, you would win America's Funniest Home Videos! LOL. |
Awwwww....She deserved TWO cookies for that trick - she sounds just adorable and that description of her eyes melted me |
She is so cute. Her head look like it was just hovering right across the top of the gate. She will give hugs too. When you ask for a hug she will stand up and lean across your chest. She likes hugs back too. Especially when it thunders - she will look at you with those sad eyes and then just fall right into you. She can smile too! You just have to say - "Smile Charolete." and she when grin. She is so funny. I love her. My other yorkie will smile too. I think he taught her. Because one day we asked Mickey to smile and saw Charolette doing it too. :D I wish I had a camera around handy when they do these things. T. |
