Finally! I've been shooting pictures of Max and Gracie, but got some cute ones today. They're not great shots, but those will come with time.

As I sat down to post this, I smelled something awful. Puppy poo! Gracie got yelled at, I washed the rug, sprayed it and then discovered that her leash had gotten caught and she probably had to poop there. Interesting - the leash opened when she got stuck. Good thing! So, here I am, 20 minutes later.

They're still fighting over dominance, but nobody's being aggressive about it.
I think they're each making a point. She's so funny - not in the least bit afraid of him and she's 1/'3 his size. She doesn't even have a real bark yet. He doesn't bark at her. They have been playing with toys (tug of war) and chasing each other. We also have the peepee treat wars, which occur when Gracie Leigh does hit the paper and we do the peepee dance and song and go running into the kitchen to get the peepee treat. Max makes sure he runs to his paper and pees so that he's included in the festivities. I love it!

She has an idea about the paper, more for pee than poop, but I have to keep her close by. Of course, this is impossible since she and Max don't always want to sit by me. What a relief that is! He finally has someone else to focus on, although we still have our time together. Gracie and I do too. She's a cuddler so I'm happy.

She eats beautifully and he is too. They go back and forth to each other's bowls.

I'm kind of stuck in until she gets her next 2 sets of shots and her rabies, but we go out a little. I carry her if there are a lot of people around. There are only a couple of dogs on my block, and I can put them in the car and go for a ride.

When she first got here - it's hard to believe it's less than a week - he sulked
and was not happy. That has changed totally.

I'm having so much fun!!! I haven't cleaned up so many pee pads and spots in quite a while!

awww, how sweet she is....actually both of them!! Congrats to all of you!! I know Carley was one of the best things we ever did for Cooper.

Judy, she is just a little teddy bear!!!! Argh! I just wanna squeeze it to pieces!! How do you even resist that little face???:animal36 I mean even with the Saga of the Great Peepee Treat Wars.... how does one actually look at this little Yorkie Morsel and attempt to discipline it???:confuse2: Ooooh! I can just imagine the fun her and bruvvie Max are having, doing Zoomies together, tug-of-war with toys/Mommies slippers/favorite belt...Tee-Hee!
