I was thinking about sending some 6 month pics to coppers breeder. i know that she likes to be updated. I have attatched the ones that i planned on sending her. Do you think that these will give her a good Idea of what he is turning out like? I can get some different shots of him. He is in a summer cut right now so i thought that i would send some more after he has grown out and his coat has reached closer to its true color. Your oppinions are appreciated.

Thank you all, I sent them to her just now. Hehe I am excited for her to see them, these little guys change so much as puppies that you just never know what they will look like as they grow.

He is adorable. How did you cut the hair on his body? Scissors or clippers. I am toying with cutting Cali down some due to her scratching and matting problems

I took him to the groomer with lots of pictures for the first cut, but keep it up with clippers. I start about 1/2 way down the neck, we shave the whole back and sides with the clippers but i leave the leggs and tail. his belly is still pretty long and we left the full skirt so he still looks long. i use scissors arround the face to get the shape that i am happy with. he is alot cooler and it takes alot less time to get him ready. Hope this helps.

Copper is a doll. And I think sending updated pictures to his breeder is a tremendous idea, she's going to love them...great pictures!!!

Thankyou everyone for the nice words. I know I always get great support here. After I took the photos I was thinking if I had put all that work into breeding and raising pups, that I would want to know what they look like at 6months, 1 year etc, and to know how they are doing at their new home would bring me peace of mind.

The Coop-meister is adorable and your breeder should be all thrilled that you are being such a good Yorkie mom to him.

Copper is very handsome! he has the same colors as my morgan, and looks like the same coat texture as well. very cute!!

OMG:eek: he is just too too cute!!!! Love the cut and his color....in fact Im going to print this picture because I want to get Louie a nice cut like that!! I will bring the pic to the groomer and pray that they can copy it....if you look at one of my recent posts you will see how out of control and long Louies hair is now LOL.....great pics and Im sure the breeder will be thrilled with them.:p
