Yoda's First Yorkie Meetup - June 18, 2005 5 Attachment(s) Yoda had great fun at his first Yorkie meetup. It was organized by Bentley'sMom (mom to Bentley and little Griffin). Shelli (now a new YorkieTalk member!) also showed up with Madeline. Yoda had a great time meeting everyone and some other little dogs at the small/shy dog park at Magnuson Park in Seattle. I LOVE the name of that park !! The Small/Shy Dog Park...that is perfect ! Great pictures Yoda - these meetings are really fun and such a great way to get a small/shy yorkie used to other yorkies - or in Yoda's case - A GREAT way to spend some quality Sniffin time with friends.... :) Griffin reminds me of how my girls were at their meet-up - they HAD to be in my arms almost the whole time...which is why I want to go to more - Great pictures ! |

So maybe THAT'S why I never get sick of looking at Otis... :p Yoda is completely shaved down now cuz of the flea incident. Gotta take some more pictures, but he's auditioning for the role of Sleeping Beauty right now. |

AWESOME!!!! I am so happy you guys had fun at your meetup! I love the website for this! I makes it so easy for members to find each other and to post pics, etc! Are you doing a monthly meet? We are down for the 2d Saturday of each month. It seems like enough to me. So far we have 6 yorkies, but are hoping for more! |

I'm just impressed that Mom can balance on one foot while holding the other straight up in the air with a dog on it much less all while bending slightly over to grab the dog. She must have been a gymnast or into ballet or yoga or something. The pics were great and I'm glad you guys had so much fun. |
Glad you all had a good time thought about putting a leash on my granddaughter and going but she had other plans a pool party. Oh well I will join you all one day. Carol |
