Here are a few pictures of Stomper at a beach in Carmel, CA. He had so much fun playing in the sand. In fact...the next day I found a #2 that looked like solid sand!!!! He must have eaten a lot of it. Big deal...HE HAD FUN! :)

I wish I could see your pictures bigger than those tiny little thumbnails! They're soooo cute even small like that I wnat to see more! I bet he had an awesome time, so much to sniff, and investigate, hehe. And that's SO funny about his #2, LOL! ;)

OH how cute....we are going to the beach for 10 days on July 1st and I am hoping Bella will like it, she does love water.

Did you have to give him a bath everyday with the sand? Do you just wash him down without soap each time? I am worried I will have to wash him every night and then his hair/skin will get dry

If you are going for 10 days, I would only rinse him with water and bath him maybe once in the middle and once you get home. From what I understand, the salt in the ocean is very good for the dogs skin. It actually helps them get rid of fleas! Good luck and have fun!!!!!!

What a lucky little Stomper! That's awesome he had a ball. I wouldn't have thought they eat sand either, but then again, our little guys sometimes put anything in their mouths, don't they? ;)

THANKS, not going to the ocean (we live here near the ocean) we are heading home to where I grew up on the Great Lakes - FRESH WATER - YEAH - I am sick of salt water....anyways thanks for your help
