They are all so pretty!!!! I love how they pose for pics! It's so hard for me to get a good picture of Jake, he just can't be bothered lol

Hi everyone, I joined yesterday still learning the site. I just had to let you know your babies coats are simply beautiful. What products are you using on them?

First of all, welcome to YorkieTalk.

Thank you for your kind words about the "farm dogs". They have a very simple grooming system -- I start from the inside out with good nutrition -- for us Canidae All Life Stages works. In addition, I give Chattie a few drops of emu oil daily because she tends to have a dry coat. I use MinkSheen shampoo and a fine toothed comb.

Hey Cindy.....do you mix the Emu Oil into the dry food? I think I need to use this on Mojo......I have heard of people using it during the bath...do you do this as well. And can I just use the fresh emu oil...like from a local farmer?

Boy, I wish I could find some fresh emu oil -- do you know of a source? I put about 3 or 4 drops of the oil in the palm of my hand and she scarfs it up.... If Scarlett O'Hairy is around I have to fight her off. :lol tears.

The brand I am using is Royal Nutritional Plan. I bought it from :confused: I believe it was either PetEdge or SitStay.com.

I use to work with a man who raised emu's and always sold the oil. I will see if he is still in the emu business. There is also a place in Branson, MO that we have been that had fresh emu oil. When I find some, I will get you some.

Passing thought..........I remember that at our local farmer's market last summer, there was a farmer selling it...I will go and check that out!

OH PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! You will capture my heart forever. I want to start taking the stuff myself -- it is supposed to be VERY good for you. BTW.

Fresh emu oil to take for yourself. I don't think I want to know how they get that but instead of anteaters you could get emus and "milk" them yourself since you don't have anything else to do:D

Hey....I have been busy...........HONESTLY (lots of things happening here)...but the "project" was started...justs needs to be completed!!
But, I have been sending little goodies to Cindy throughout the year....just because I haven't completed what I originally started!!! :wub:
It is coming Cindy.......I promise!!! ....I don't know when...but I am getting there...a little at a time!!! :biggrin:

Jenn, you are so incredibly sweet. I hope you didn't take my other post the wrong way :D I really truly believed that you were the head of a secret society aimed at getting me to post pics of my furbutts.

You have been such a kind and generous soul. You always seem to know when my spirits need a lift and the man in blue shorts leaves a package at my door.

Anyway, thank you for all you do AND for encouraging me to post pics.
