Keep The Dream
 
I would like to share some pictures of Keep the Dream that I bought from Michael I call him Schatz at home and love him to death. He is the sweetest little boy. As far as I know he is the only Biewer in Africa and I am so proud to have him. When I fetched him in Germany from Michael I had the oppertunity to see Gucci and all of Michael's puppies. He is adorable as is all of Michael puppies I have seen pictures of so far. Him and Jeannie's little guy Key to My Heart are both beautiful.

Yes B.J. I live in South Africa and finaly my time is now my own. My youngest daughter is getting married soon and we were so busy with her horse riding career in the past that I am looking realy forward to doing what I want when I want and that is breeding and showing my fur-babies. She is one of the best young Show Jumpers in South Africa and was the Victrix Lodurm in April when 7 countries competed here in Johannesburg, South Africa. She also breeds her own Warmblood horses and is up and running on her own now. Hope you don't mind me posting a picture of her and one of her babies. This is not the horse she won on but one that she bred herself. I will definately post a lot of pictures of my babies as I love looking at everybody's pictures. That is a great picuture and your English is better than some Americans I would say. What is an Victrix Lodurm? Is that like a best in show or something?

Victrix Lodurm
 
Yes I am very proud of my daughter, she realy works very hard. Victrix Lodurm means the best in the show at a certain grade. She won three and came second by 0.08 of a second, second of the four classes at the show.

What makes it even more special is that it was her first time at that show and she took everybody by suprise, I think even herself.

You all make me feel very welcome on this forum. Thank you.

Gooie More Alet!!!! Hoe gaan dit met jou?? How absolutely LEKKER to see a South African join YorkieTalk!!! My Afrikaans is nie te goot nie, because I was born and raised in Johannesburg, but have lived in California for many years.
Your Biewer baby is just biewutiful!!! I love looking at pictures of Michael's babies; how fortunate you are to adopt one!!

Funny thing is, I had never heard of them until I joined here and saw Michael's magnificent dogs for the first time. I am just in love with their look and their coloring.:thumbup::thumbup:

I DO NOT believe this. At first when I saw the Afrikaans I thought I was at the wrong site. What a treat to see my language here. :yay_jump: Don't worry your Afrikaans is wonderful. When did you move to Califonia?

Yes, I am very fortunate to have one of Michaels puppies. I have ordered from him also a little girl and plan breeding with them. I am just having a hard time convincing people here that it is not a cross breed and have now been asked to do an article about the Biewer for the Petfriendly magazine. I walk around with pictures of all the Yorkies X's in my purse like the Morkie and Chorkie. Not that I think there is anything wrong with crossing the Yorkie to these other breeds but I would not do that. I am always worried about temperament and stuf like that if you cross breeds.

I also did not believe it when I first saw your post...LOL:D and then I see your hometown of Kroonstad. I was soooo excited!:happybounSo I thought what better way to welcome another South African to YT, than by greeting her in her own TAAL.;) Toooo funny! I do believe we are the only South Africans on these forums! You will just love it here. You cannot believe how great the members are.
I have lived in California now for over 20 years - married a Yank, you see, but I still speak with a very strong South African accent.
Please keep posting pics of your little Shatzie, your daughter and ANYTHING South African (I still miss my homeland sooooooooo much).
Hope you've had a LEKKER day. I know it's dinner time there right now. Have some Boerewors :tongue004for me (another thing I miss)!

Yes it is dinner time but sorry tonight was Italian, loverly Ravioli I'll have the Boerewors on Friday at a LEKKER braai.

Ask your mum and I will try and find your friend for you. Their is nothing like home no matter where that is. I allways feel like that when ever I have been abroad, when that airplane is in the clear blue sky above Africa I feel a sense of home that you can not describe.

We are not the only ones on this site, I am the only Biewer owner on the continent of Africa, that is a lonely feeling. That is why I enjoy all my friends on YT soooooooo!!! much. Thank you YT. :thumbs up

Funny that you should say that - about flying over the clear blue sky of Africa ..... whenever I visit , that is exactly what I am thinking as we come in to land..:2plane:.. the beautiful African sky. There is absolutely nothing like it....the absolute best feeling of coming home. You see, once Africa enters your soul, it never, ever leaves....:cry8:

I have been to many places in the world some were realy, realy beautiful but I think everybody feels the same way when you talk about home, where ever that is. Some things just "is" there is no explanation.

Do you come to visit often? Next time maybe the three of us could get together, wouldn't that be fun. A YT meetup in S.A:)

I wish we had a forum like this in S.A. -- I am desperatly looking for a good groomer here. I had my two cut a few times when they were younger, but they never looked lekker, so I let their hair grow long, I love bathing and grooming them, but we go to the see a few times a year and they swim in the pool all summer, so grooming is then a nightmare:( and Coffee does not enjoy it.

Hi Sheilagh! Glad to see you around YT again. For sure, when I come to visit Mom in JHB, I will let you know. I would love to meet you and your Yorkie babies, and Alet. Did she post a thread about her Biewer? I'm going to look for it right now.

Hi Everybody,

Sorry I have been missing in action. My daughter had to have emergency surgery and I went to look after her for a while. But now I am back. You have no idea how I wish we could have a Yorkie-get-to-gether. I will deffinately bring my babies with when I come to JHB again. I have only one problem. My little Chadey gets very bad motion sickness and I don't travel with her, so when I travel I leave Saydie with her for company.

You are more than welcome to stop over in Kroonstad when you pass here again. I would love it.
