We just got Ocean!!
 

Lorraine (Liquidgirl) met us in Dallas to deliver Ocean. He's wonderful, adorable, and sweet. He really likes Jacob; Jacob's crawling across the hotel floor and Ocean is chasing him. It's so cute. And Jacob was rubbing his belly, Jacob got up to go get a drink and Ocean raced after him, layed down, and rolled over for more tummy rubbing.

He's also curled up against me when I wasn't taking pictures, lol. I meant to take pictures while Lorraine and her family were here, but I was so besotted with Ocean it totally escaped my mind until after they left, lol. Then I grabbed the camera and started snapping away.

Lorraine has a wonderful family. I met her, her husband, her beautiful daughter, and her parents. They were all so friendly and sweet. Lorraine's Mom and Dad were great; they immediately set me at ease.

Tiger's with us too, lol, he's not sure about the new little one. He sniffs him, then walks away and jumps on the bed and lays down, lol.

Thank You, Lorraine, he's so wonderful. I feel as though I need more adjectives to express just how sweet and cute he is. . .

Here's some pictures of Jacob with Ocean, and the last is of Tiger abandoning the entire puppy issue to take a nap!

It seemed like the wait was taking such a long time, but was that ever worth it I'm sure because you have a winner there. Ocean is darling!! I see you brought one of the ocean critters I sent him. :D You also have such a handsome son. Great little family and congratulations!!!!

Ahhhhhh...what a little darling yorkie! Congrats to you on your new baby boy! I'm so happy for you! He's so gosh darn cute...so is Jacob!

Lol, it did and then it didn't. One day it seemed forever, and then the next it was like wow all that time has already passed, lol. I brought all the little toys you sent; Tiger loved them as much as Ocean. And actually I'll have to search the room, Tiger kinda stole and hid them, lol. :D And Tiger was wearing that adorable harness that you made that matches with Rhapsody, but I had to take it off because I didn't notice it had ridden down and he had a little accident on it. Opps, it looks really cute, and when we get back (and I do a load of laundry)-- I'll take pictures of Rhapsody and Tiger together. They look very cute in them.

:hug: Awww!! Here I go crying again!! Ocean looks so happy and at ease with you both. I loved meeting you, Jacob and Tiger. Jacob had my husband and Dad laughing so much! He's a little character! And he has the BEST smile ever! :D I TOLD you I was gonna bawl my eyes out when I had to give Ocean up. I'm SOO sorry about that! I really tried my hardest not to, but as you know, this was difficult for me. I'm so happy to know that everything is okay with him over there. And I'm VERY glad to finally be back home and out of the car! LOL ;) :cool:

Thanks soo much for making us all feel so welcome and for allowing us to meet up at your hotel room. It was very convenient for us all and I know that I had found the perfect owner for Ocean when everything simply just fell into place the way it all did.

Really, it's been very overcast and stormy here in Dallas today. We're headed back early tomorrow morning. We have to head back really early, so we get back in time to celebrate Father's Day properly and Donald doesn't feel neglected. :D Thank you for the compliments!

And that goes for everyone; thank you so much for the compliments. Ocean is sleeping with Jacob while Jacob's watching Harry Potter. I'm surprised at how attached Ocean seems to be of Jacob. I'll be playing with him, and if Jacob comes up; Ocean leaves me to go over to him. He'll also follow him around the room (even into the restroom, lol).

It's probably a good thing -- I think that's helping Tiger not get too jealous. Since Tiger is such a Mama's boy.

Jacob is high energy, and since it's summer I let him stay up late. He never voluntarily lays down in bed, but Ocean curled up next to him about an hour ago, and Jacob won't move because he doesn't want to disturb him sleeping. Lol, sorry to bombard you guys. :D

Lol, okay you asked for it. Glad you made it home safe, Lorraine, and woman, you need to be resting. You were up too late last night, and up too early this morning. ;) Ocean's in good hands, lol, we are totally in love with him over here, well, except maybe Tiger, lol.

Jacob made me go down to the car to get his wireless controller for his game, so he could play and not disturb Ocean, lol. Here a couple more I just took.

Yes, Ocean is a little dream boat, pun intended!!! Thrilled to hear you have him at last. I think he's already wiggled his way into Jacob's heart. So sweet of him not to want to disturb that precious sleeping baby. Love the pictures, and Tiger too!!!

OH Jess.... he is precious. Very, very cute. Well worth missing the meetup today for. We missed seeing you guys but can't wait to meet Ocean. Be careful heading home and I can't wait to see more pics of sweet baby Ocean

ever since i realized it was the 16th i was waiting for a post with pics ... but YAY for the wait to be finally over! :) its so cute and wonderful how taken both ocean and jacob are to each other :p how was the drive home? and don't worry, soon tiger will be loving ocean as much as you and jacob do :rolleyes:

Thank you everyone!! I'm so glad I have a place to post pictures and talk about my pups without getting the "she's a loony lady" look, lol!

Ocean's home now, everyone loves him. Tiger has accepted him, but Rhapsody is a bit offended. Lol, she'll get over it; funny how she could be so annoyed -- she was so annoying to other dogs when she was a puppy. She would just jump all over their faces; no matter who they were -- parks, outtings, puppy training. Now she has the nerve to be annoyed, and Ocean doesn't even really bother her. He just walks by periodically and she gives him the evil eye.

Not that he's been walking much. Everyone's been carrying him around except to eat, drink, and potty. I just ran to the store for film and batteries, so I'll need to get pictures of today. I was so tired when I got home I just wanted to get in the house and lay down a bit (I woke up a 4am, and couldn't go back to sleep). Then when I could have gotten some really cute pics, my digital camera's batteries were dead, and I had used up all my rolls of film.
