EXCUSE ME, the 4,727 or so YT women who POUNCED on this poor, unsuspecting newbie's thread! Remus asked if there were any GUYS here! Why, exactly, are YOU replying????

Remus, my man, you've got to be very careful around here. Posting the picture of your buffed-out, hot young self was a huge mistake. They will now hound you like schoolgirls looking for a prom date. At the very least, you should have posted a picture of an ugly Yorkie. Now you've got two things working against you.

As for me, I posted a picture of a 50-year-old guy with a paunch and a silly Elmer Fudd hat, and they typically leave me alone.

As for your original question, there are only a handful of guys around here. Most give up because they can't get a word in edgewise. The person who runs this place is a guy, though, so you can always get a sympathetic ear from him if the harrassment continues.

Then again, if you're anything like me, you'll probably love the attention!

Dobiedude...Still waiting to see a picture of something resembling a Yorkie. So far, we've seen nothing that resembles a furbaby....Are you sure you have one or do you just like hanging out here??

I was thinkin more of a date to the Homecoming but Prom would work :rolleyes:

Now look at what you've started? Mike is right, you're gonna be in trouble now. The lack of testoserone (sp?) on this forum most definitely intrigues the ladies here when a man comes along. stick around it'll be fun - to watch and partcipate. ;) btw rocky is a cuutie!

and ckthepilot .. not too shabby yourself .. that can be taken anyway you like. ;)

Wow....where can I start.
I thank everyone for warm remarks. I was aware of a low number of Male yorkie owners so, I am not surprised. I understand, most men dont find Yorkies too manly and pass on them due to that notion. But those few who own them, find themselves rewarded every day by this little loving dog.

AS far as posting my picture. I have been a member here for a year or two and just wanted to introduce myself a bit more formally.

I got Rocky as a replacement for Remus after me and my GF parted ways, she took Remus (yorkie) with her. I still love and miss Remus a great deal, but I love Rocky more than anything at this point. Being a single guy with a small yorkie is what made me to start this post.
