well she said she move there to do schooling and had to bring her there but she actually lives in California |
they all say that!! please do not lose your money!! |
Unfortunately sweety, that's a scam :( I'm sorry! :( People are very cruel to play with peoples emotions and make them think they are getting something that in fact they are not. They have many different stories, some say they moved for schooling, missonary work, they work for the red cross or are over there helping people in need. It is all just a bunch of lies... Many times they will ask you tp pay through western union or a money order. They don't want you to use Paypal because to a point paypal offers you some protection. Many times they don't even have the pup who's picture they've sent you, they don't have any puppies at all. Ask her to take a picture of the puppy with your name on a piece of paper behind it and see if she does it...and even if they do, do that, it still doesn't make them credible. Tell her you're going to visit Camaroon and can pick up the pup and see what she has to say then...my bet is you'll never hear from her again. I've never heard of anyone getting a yorkie from Africa, I've heard of some people getting some from Germany but never Africa. You would be better off looking for one that is in the states and preferably close enough where you could drive to see the pup first. Be careful, there are so many people out there who could care less about people and their emotions and are just out there looking to make a quick buck. Best of luck to you for you search for a new baby! Hugs Joy |
thanks thanks guys your a big help. |
scammers That does not always work either...they will say..."sure you can pick up the dog"... you send the money and then they send a bogus land address..anyway if it was true, how many people want to wander around the Cameroon?? If I won a trip..I ANI'T going...I remember these people the Viet Nam war... |
I'd stay away from yorkies in Cameroon. I came across so many of these in ads when I was first searching for one. Look for a good breeder on this forum, thru referral, or for a local breeder where you visit. I wouldn't send money unless I had good referrals. |
thanks if i didnt post that here then i would have been scammed well thanks this website is a big help to me :) |
Anything CAMEROON is a scam.................run |
Thanks for the tip. |
eyes her eyes look a little infected. |
oh yeah your right i juss notice that |
Don't do it! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69763 Kinda ironic that there are 2 people from the US trying to rehome their Yorkies because they are in Camaroon... :2omg: |
Yep, I replied to a couple of local ads for puppies and they were all from Cameroon. Some said they were pastors others that they moved due to work. Didn't take me long to figure it out. |

BE CAREFUL!! My breeder is here in California - you can find many that are local and you can drive to see and pay for ;) |
Listen to your gut feeling... |
There are plenty of other breeders that post here on YT...I wouldn't trust anyone thats shipping a puppy from another country. |
thanks okay thanks |
