Hi everyone! Mama made us get our hair cut yesterday and we don't like it! Mama says I, Simon, look like a little deer and I, Hallie, miss my pretty hair! But mama says we will feel better outside in the hot weather! Now I, Hallie, don't have Simon's hair to chew on and I've been pouting today ;( Sorry my picture is blurry but I don't want my picture taken anymore! And last night I got to wear my jammies because I am cold without my pretty hair!

Simon and Hallie you are toooo adorable in your new summer cuts ! I bet wearing jammies made you feel sooo warm and snuggly...you sure do look cute in your pictures !

I love their new hair cuts. They look really cute like that. I imagine that is how I'll keep my puppies hair too for the summers.

Oh, their cuts are precious!! I want so badly to have Toto a puppy cut for summer but every time I bring it up, Patrick almost has a coronary!! :) He says but her hair is so beautiful ... she won't look like my little girl anymore! I tell him OK, for the next couple of weeks, you groom her and then we will have this discussion again. I like it long too but it's just too hot for summer in Colorado and we are out more and it needs shampooing more often! ;)

Thanks Laura and Lucy! I don't think they look as good as Lucy so I keep threatening to fly to England to get my dogs groomed ;) And yes, Simon has already been in a mud puddle today and it was so easy to clean him up! Hallie is still wearing her jammies b/c she is cold and won't let me take them off!

I think they look really great! I think the only difference is that Lucy is a little shorter around the face, but Hallie would be so upset if you took that too lol! I bet she is all cozy in her jammies! Lucy is just led out in front of the fire!

HAHAHAHAHAHA I'm laughing at the thought of attempting to groom them myself ;) I so wish I could and that they would behave but it has never been so! THe daycare I take them to is also a grooming spa and they have their very best friend, Anita the Groomer, who grooms them! They are so good for her and she always spends extra time with them so it is well worth the money.

SimonandHallie, i feels your pain! Mommy tol me i gots to get a short haircut on tuesday at Petsmart...hey maybe mommy will get me a toy!
