New furbaby, Miss Polly

Seems like I waited for ever. Picked her up Tues. and took her to the Vet. Everything checked out great. I changed her name to Polly, since Maggie sounded a lot like Maddie. Polly is a sweetie, she tries to keep up with Maddie and Rudy. They love her to death. Polly is 12wks and is small at 1lb 5oz. I am not real good with crate training, so she is in a playpen when I am gone and I got her a doll playpen for her to sleep in at night by my bed. Am going to take her to the Vet Fri. to make sure she has gained some weight, she is a good little eater. She has made herself right at home, Polly has slept in everyone of Rudy and Maddie's beds. :)

Polly is such a great name and she is so adorable!!! You are my hero for having 3 of these babies! Please let me know how it goes as I have been thinking about possibly rescuing another if the situation arises!! Good Luck to you and may all your babies get along, eat, and play well ;)

Polly is so pretty!! I'm so glad Maddie and Rudy have accepted her so well. What a blessing! I would LOVE to have three Yorkies! Cindy, can't wait to follow little Polly's progress as she settles into the family. Do you have a fenced yard? How do you keep from spending your whole day taking dogs out? Sometimes I take Woody and Bo out separately and sometimes together. Our yard won't be fenced till the fall so I have to take them out on leashes. I want another Yorkie so bad but am afraid I won't be able to handle 3 dogs. I'd love to have your input!

Congratulations, she is beautiful and I like the name a lot. That's great Maddie and Rudy have accepted her already. It must be adorable to see her running around with the big dogs.

Thanks for all the well wishes and compliments about Polly. She already has the cutest little personality, she fears nothing. I do feel blessed that Maddie and Rudy love her already, even Lucky my 15 year old chow-mix loves her. I think Lucky thinks she is a yorkie too, because that is the only breed of dog she has ever lived with. I think they excepted Polly so well because they have never been the only furbaby. I forgot how much fun a new puppy is. All is peaceful in the house all the furbabies are sleeping.
