Eddie is still is a little freaked out at the park, but he's his lively old self jumping off the back deck steps. He didn't want to wear booties today, just his Bush Coat.

Oh, he got groomed yesterday. I hate it. Body's OK at 3/4", but they hardly touched his face. He's gonna need another grooming in a month!

I thought of Eddie yesterday when we were in an antique mall in Indiana. They had a huuuuge moose head hanging on the wall...no wonder he's scared of those things! :eek:

Simon called and told Eddie that only the really tough dogs are strong enough to run the Iditarod.

Hallie stands on the sidelines in her fuzzy parka and ear-muffs :)

I KNEW somebody was egging him on. He's been particularly manic lately. But I don't think it was Simon's challenge so much as it was being able to show off for cute Hallie in her parka and ear-muffs!

Eddie's so cute. In that last pic has he gone all manly and commando? Just like the huskies? He looks nekky!?

Dixie says that she and Hallie can sit on the sled in parkas and ear muffs while Eddie, Simon and Dougal do the sled pulling. ;) :D

Dang, you are a good editor. You busted me on my bad possessive. Now I fail the fact check! LOL, I figured it would be YOU who would bust me on the false claim of him wearing his Bush Coat. I had it on him earlier in the day and forgot I had taken it off before these pictures.

how cute!!! I bundle up my baby as well! but yesterday he just layed in the snow and I am pretty sure it was becuase he just wasnt feeling the cold weather at the moment. I was wondering if anyone has a clue where i can find some xx small booties for my 3.5 baby, his feet are as tiny as fingertips so i dont know what to do, maybe attempt making some but buying them would be better for me time wise, lemme know

Funny you should mention "fingertips." At least one YTer makes her own booties by cutting off the fingertips of gloves and then strapping velcro over the top to keep them on. She doesn't even sew the velcro to the bootie, just wraps it around.

The ones she showed me were cotton work gloves, which might get wet in the winter. But a pair of children's fleece gloves would stay warm when wet.
