Izzy is 5 Months Old! 3 Attachment(s) As of yesterday, Izzy is 5 months old! Time really flies, its only been 2 1/2 months since I brought him home. He has come along way too: -He is better with using the wee wee pad, I can trust him to run around the house. ( I still follow him though) -He can obey commands: sit, stay, down and my favorite: high five! We are still working on roll...I think he just doesnt want to do it.:p -He is much better with going to his crate and not puttin up a fuss. -He is better at staying home when Im gone, no tearing up the wee wee pad and turning up his food bowl! We still have a long way to go but its getting better. My puppy blues are not as blue as they were a couple of months ago. I know its not a whole lot, but Im proud of him. If only we can get this leash thing going.....:rolleyes: Here are a few pics. The first one is 2 months ago, the other two are recent pics. Enjoy! |

Thank you! Oh and I forgot one more thing, he lost his baby teeth too! When he tries to bite or snap at me I think its funny because he doesnt have much to work with.:D |

Adorable!! Good job with the training, Mom! Sounds like he's learning very quickly. The leash training will eventually take hold ... it just takes awhile. We wound up having to hire a trainer to come and work with Toto. :p She would just flatten out on the floor when we put her harness on. I love that second pic ... his eyes look like he's trying to hypnotize you!! :cool: "You are my human and you will cater to my every wish!!" ;) |

Izzy is so cute you are truly lucky. I remember sitting next to you at the Yorkiemeet up in Michigan in December with my Abby and Carson. You were so nice and had Zizzy all bundled up. Congratulations on your accomplishments with him so far. I am suprised though that you let his feet touch the ground long enough for him to learn a trick LOL Janie |
