After a week of constantly rolling around the floor, Gus and Sammi really needed a bath. I love having him here (I've been watching Sammi for my sister) and will miss him so much. As will Gus. :(

Kim, that surprised me because I always think I take terrible pictures. I have to stop myself from apologizing about how bad they look. In the one I thought Sammi faded too much into the flowers, Gus has fur in his eyes...maybe they're not so bad. Thanks again.

What a cute pic. Haven't see a recent pic of Gus and he is absolutely gorgeous, how old is he now, his coat is getting so long. Sammi is a cutie too.

Erin, I've said it before and I'll say it again...Gus is absolutely gorgeous!! He gets more handsome as he gets older. His coat looks so soft. You should be very proud of him. Your sister's dog is also very pretty. Is Sammi a maltese?

Cindy and Cynthia, thank you so much. That is always nice to hear. Gus is almost eight months now and is such a great little guy. He is very hyper (him - :jump28ib: ) and doesn't like to sleep as much as most dogs (me - :rollingey) but I love him so much and wouldn't trade him for the world.
It's been really nice for Gus to have a dog at home that will play with him. Our dog Rosti is older and wants very little to do with him.
Sammi is a Maltese. It's nice because he doesn't get tear stains and his fur is very white. His best feature is the color of his eyes. They are a beautiful golden color. I'll be sure to tell my sister he was a hit. :D She'll love it.

Erin- Gus & Sammi are SOOO cute & those are VERY GOOD pictures!!! When is Sammie leaving to go home?? :( My Kodah was always sad when my daughter's chihuahua would leave - they have become great playmates! Now we have Stormy & they are starting to play well together.

Rachel, he was only supposed to stay for ten days but it turned into sixteen. Much longer and I won't want to give him back, I'm getting so attached to him.
Centralnewyorki, I love pictures of when they are all wet. I think Yorkies are just Chihuahuas wearing expensive furs. :D

LOL! That is exactly what my husband and I were talking about tonight when we bathed Rocky! They do look like chihuahuas when they are all wet!
