Danged squirrels! 1 Attachment(s) Just look at what they do to my boyz. My poor babies were laying in their window seat, minding their own business and all of a sudden there were 3 squirrels running across their front deck and within a foot of their window! Well, that didn't set well with the boyz so my husband let them out to protect their territory. The squirrels climbed up the oak tree and were dropping little pieces of bark at my boyz...two of them stayed up high but the third had enough nerve to come down and check them out. If you could only hear the barking that was going on out there... sorry it's not a real good picture...I had to take it through the window so I didn't scare them away. |
LOL! Those squirrels are something else! Mean little suckers, too!:D |
what a awesome pic! I love your deck, I would love to have something like that for Lillie to go out and enjoy. I have a few squirrels that come right up to my patio window waiting for us to feed them! LOL I will have to dig up the pics and show you, it's pretty funny! |

1 Attachment(s) Yep, those squirrels are pretty onery and they sure seem to get a charge out of teasing the boyz! yougetthesmiles...I don't know if you can see it in the first picture but there is a fenced, grassy area (in the left side of the picture) for the boys to use also. The deck is huge and 3 different levels so there's plenty of room for them and the squirrels but I don't think my boys are willing to share their deck with them yet! I cropped the picture and darkened it up a bit so you can see them better...they think they're so tough! That's Jo on the right...how can you be tough when you're so tiny?? |

Thank you...we do enjoy it here in the summer...there's so much going on at the lake. I saw your post! Oh my :eek: ! I've never seen a squirrel chew through a window screen but they used to come up on the deck and knock at the patio door in our old house, my husband fed them Kit Kats everyday so they were addicted! Actually, squirrels are pretty harmless I think...it's the huge owls and Bald Eagles I worry about around here. |
