Starsky would have been going bizurk if he was that close to that squirel. He would have bolted through the sliding glass door!!

That is amazing. I wonder how INky is going to do in the winter? Will he still live outside do you think?
I can't believe that the cat is just sitting there!

I dont know if it's cause Lillie was a pup and she has just been around him her entire life, she still barks at him when he is at the door, and I'm not sure what would happen if they ever got close to each other, Inky may try to attack her, so I just make sure they dont come in personal contact, Lillie is pretty well behaved and if she does go outside, I'm RIGHT there be side her.

As far as winter goes, this will be his 1st winter outside, so we are keeping are fingers crossed. He has made a nest and he does have a "squirrelfriend" so we will see.

The cat will get a little nervous when Inky comes right up to him, the cat will swat at Inky, but Inky dont do much.

to tell you the truth, it probably weighs more then Lillie does lol

This morning, the Squirel was right at the back slider waiting on it's daily dose of nuts lol

that's so cute! It must be so nice to have a friendly squirrel. The one around here are always scared!

Cute! I'm truly amazed at the cat...hope the squirrel doesn't think all cats are that safe to be around.

I almost couldn't believe that cat sitting in the background on that second pic!

I hope Inky makes it through the winter! If he's made it this long, he's probably going to be fine.

My sis tried rasing one that was a baby, but it didn't make it a week outside, when she released rocky in the spring. She'd kept him inside all winter.

we watched him build a nest when he found his "squirelfriend" it was so neat, he would grab leaves and take them up to the nest, we have not seen a new nest yet, but it may be in are neighbors tree. I enjoy watching him and feeding him, but I wont let him climb on me, I get all freaked out.
