Baby Samson 1 Attachment(s) I'm SO excited!! Samson is now six weeks old and will be coming home with us in two more weeks. He has the cutest little face I've EVER seen, and he hasn't figured out yet that he's just a little guy. His BIG name fits him so well! He will be my second Yorkie baby. My first one went to Heaven last fall after 15 wonderful years. Once a Yorkie lover, always a Yorkie lover! Here's a picture of him when he was five days old! Have an awesome day all! |

SOOO tiny! May I ask why you chose him at such a young age? It's just that a lot can change in 8-12 weeks. |
We chose the breeder! After looking for many months to find a great and reputable breeder who refused to do the "puppy mill" thing, we found a couple not far away who met every requirement we had on our list. We were able to go to their home and visit with them AND with their five dogs, and we were so impressed by the temperaments, health, appearance and socialization of each dog that we knew we were in the right place. Then the waiting game began. We were able to choose which dam we liked the best (incredibly hard choice) and then waited for the call that she was expecting. It was several months before we got the call. We knew we wanted a male puppy as we have an alpha female German shepherd. When Samson's litter was born, he was the only male. He was ours! We have had the great fortune to visit him every week and watch him grow. We already see the bonding process beginning, and it has been amazing to watch the dam interact with the pups and with us. It's almost as if she knows her baby is going to a good home! |

Wow, what a cutie. And I also like the name, our little guy is named Sampson too. We call him Sam, or Sammy for short. We also got to bond with our pups before we got them. That way when we did bring them home forever they were used to us. We did the same thing when our Sophie had pups. We had their new forever parents come over weekly and bond. I think it works wonders. |
I hope these next 2 weeks fly by so you can bring baby Samson home!!! He's going to love his new family!!!! He is a cute little guy!!! |

Congratulation!!! I am in the similar story. My Hazuki went to heaven 2 ½ years ago. I was heart broken but I wasn’t ready to have another yorkie. My job at the time required me to work long hour and my apartment that time didn’t allow any dog. Now with my new job with new apartment, I am ready. I am picking up my Momiji in 2 weeks as well!!!!! I know how excited you are because I am soooo excited!!!! Again, congratulation!!!! |
