I let Eddie out in the backyard for his morning ritual, and here's how he returned. Snow mukluks on all four legs! I had to take a blow drier to him.

He doesn't appear to be too bothered by it. I've had to thaw my past yorkies out with a blow dryer many times.

That is so funny! my pom loves the snow and when she is out while I shovel the driveway she gets covered in snow. Her coat lets the snow sit on top of it and she gets snowballs everywhere.

Mike. HE is seriously Cute. He needs to come to Texas and get out of the snow. I swear - he really does....I PROMISE to give him back when you see green again...

He's such a pretty boy!:D That looks cold. From the looks of the first pic, he must have been eating it, too. I can't wait to see how Kacee does this year, if we have any snow to speak of. She was such a baby last year and we didn't have very much at all - just a dust covering of snow on the ground. Nothing like we've sometimes had!

Ok Eddie!! Your snow pictures (although SUPER DUPER CUTE!!!) are making me TOTALLY MISERABLE!!! I need to get OUT of TEXAS for a while and come to Alaska!!! I would love nothing more than to have a WHITE Christmas this year!!! :(

Thanks everybody. He much prefers snowy paws to booties, but I don't. It takes forever to dry. It's really the curse of a cottony-coated dog.

what a sweetie he is...there's nothing worse than those snow balls! Our day will soon be here to deal with that and the way the nor westers are blowing it'll be sooner than later!

Aww that's one chuffed Eddie dog! He's so pleased with himself. Dixie asks if Eddie could post himself to NZ. It's spring here - so no need to wear booties! :D

Thanks, everybody. And Liz, I'm not sure if it would be safe to get Eddie and Dixie together. That's a lot of evil!
