I am getting my Yorkie tomorrow!
 

Ok, Now I am the happiest mom around. I purchased my Yorkie today. I checked around and talked to some people I know and they told me about a website on yorkies. Ok, I was able to save his picture on microsoft word and add it on here as an attachment, so you didn't have to go to the website if you didn't want to. Hope it worked. Well I logged into www.starlightsyorkies.com and came across the owner Kathryn and her beautiful yorkies. I checked her website out and looked at her available yorkies and about the fifth or sixth yorkie one had caught my attention. I kept going back to the same picture and told my husband "He's the one." So, he said call and let her know that we want him. So, I called her and she said he is available right now, but another couple wants to see him tomorrow. I immediately said, no I want him. I gave my deposit and will pick him up tomorrow. I can't wait. Now, I need help giving him a name. Help please!! Oh, I almost forgot, he weighs about 21/2 lbs. and is a little over 9wks. (I think), I can't even remember I am to excited. If you would like to see him login to her website and look for the yorkie that have Wendy and Tulsa for parents. And that is my !!!!

This is an awesome sight and I know I will be asking a lot of questions and I know that I will ask without feeling dumb. As soon I can figure out how to post pictures, I will.

I thought I would give you an update on my situation, now I will have to now wait until Saturday to get my baby. I am really sad and impatient. Well, the good thing is that I am still getting him.

Congrats on your new Yorkie and a new addition to your home!! I bet you are SOO excited! I remember I was so excited when I picked up Fred! You'll be attached to that lil' fella in no time at all! :p

:wavey: Thank You So Much for your replies. It really means a lot to hear that I have a good back up system when I need help getting answers for my yorkie. I am really excited, I couldn't even sleep last night. But I really need help with his name. I know you got to see a picture of him, could you please just shoot me some names. I am terrible with names and I want to give him the perfect name. :( I need help.

Your new baby is a real looker. These little guys are very addicting, one usually turns into two.

Congratulations - I looked at his picture and he is lovely. Naming pets is tricky. I am hopeless and just called my yorkie a simple name. Maybe when you get him home and start talking to him something may stick and seem right.

I am not a good person to take any notice of at all as my last dog [she died a year before I got Pip] was called Sootie which here is a cat's name so when I got a cat I thought I would give it a dogs name and called it Shep, which always caused lots of confusion at the vets!
