My Baby is in a Yorkie Calendar for 2007!
 
My adorable little boy is now a full-fledged calendar model--like Sports Illustrated, but with more hair! Cody is 4 years old and the absolute apple of my eye. I was so proud of him when he sat for the photo shoot as he is a complete ham! If you want to see his calendar, take a look at:

Some of the proceeds are going to local animal shelters so other furry friends find homes as wonderful as those we provide our babies! Enjoy!

Is he the only Yorkie in every month or are there different ones for each month? It is hard to see the pics up close. They are all very cute! I think I might just have to order myself one. :D

That is so... neat that your Yorkie, Cody got his picture in that calendar. :) Which month is his picture on, it's kinda hard to see.

Nice job.

Did you do the calendar yourself?

We have one being done with picture of the Yt members yorkies. You'll have to check it out when it's ready.

Thanks so much! I really appreciate the kind words. Actually, I love to dress him and he has more clothes than some children so my boyfriends friend took photos of him and made a calendar. He's every month, if you can believe it. We took most of the photos at Alki Beach in Seattle and in her home near the beach. He's such a ham...loves getting his photo taken. Cody is about 5 pounds of pure energy. He thinks he's a German Sheppard and tries to protect me--even from skateboarders, joggers and cyclists. He goes with me everywhere. My boyfriend and I had dinner Saturday night and I snuck him into a restaurant. No one knew. He was in his black and white polkia dot bag and he wouldn't move. I don't know what I would do without him. I'm so glad to share with other true Yorkie fans!

I absolutely love Yorkies. They are simply the most spirited little bundles of fur in the world. I did have an online dog store called sophies-closet, but unfortunately, my partner wasn't exactly ethical so I had to shut it down. It was really disappointing. I used Cody as my model for a number of carriers and sweaters and I think he got hte modeling bug then (or he just may be used to it since I've been dressing him up in teddy bear sweaters since the day I got him).

Anyway, thank you. Hope all of you have a great night! Cody is just wagging his little stubby tail in agreement.
