jessica, i understand what your going through. we have had many sleepless nights also. check around your area and see if you can find that doggy i was telling you about. you should be able to find it with out having to order it on line. it really has made a world of difference for louie. remember she has alot of adjusting to do. i was told to let him cry it out, but i just can't do that. maybe try putting her in bed with you and put a towel under her incase she has an accident. let me know if anything works out..:aimeeyork take care it will all work out.. love, annette and louie:animal36 :) |

jessica, isn't it something. i went out and got louie all this great stuff and when it comes to bed time he just wants to be with me. i can't even take a shower without him crying. i can hear him when i get out. And the thing is, he isn't alone downstairs in the family room. my other dog madeline is with him. but he doesn't care. latley my husband and i have been taking turns sleeping on the couch if he won't go to sleep. i can't put him in bed with us because our bed is really high off the floor and i am afarid he will fall off in the middle of the night. he will sleep in his bed if it is right next to the couch and he knows you are there. and he will sleep with his doggy if he knows you are nearby. I have one spoiled boy. even more so now that we went away last weekend for four days and took him with us and he slept with us because we were in a hotel. And he got three shots yesterday and be just wants to be babied and i can't help but baby him. it is really like having a newborn... just keep trying. the thing is she will sleep during the day to catch up while you can't always do that. lol:) :) it will get better as time goes on thats what they tell me...:aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork keep me posted, hugs and kisses, annette and louie:animal36 |
