Wow, she sure has changed!! She is a very pretty girl!! Is her back going to stay dark?? Destiny's back is growing in silver, it still has some black in it towards the ends but once her hair gets long enough I will cut the black out.

Linda, I hope Feebie has her puppies soon, I know all anxious to see them!! Keep us updated!! And we would love to see some new pictures of Star and Love!!

Oh and funny that you mentioned about Faith howling.
I don't leave Destiny home alot but on those few times I do, she will sit there howling. She sounds like a big dog howling, lol!!
I guess are babies all have something in common, they don't like to be separated from us!!

She's probably going to stay dark. There isn't a strand of her hair that is grey under all that. And, it's growing so much that it's almost touching the floor already. I'm planning on taking all of my furbabies to get a professional trim in early spring just to see what color changes have taken place, if any. Any body hear from Linda and her up and coming litter???

earlier this week, Linda was "ON WATCH"..... I havent heard that they have arrived just yet! cant wait to see the new babies!

Arriving December 22, 2006 to Feebie and Dinky:
Spirit (5 oz boy), Christmas (4 oz girl), and Kringle (6 oz boy)

Feebie went into labor about 7am and I had to call my granddaughter, Emilee, to come and take care of birthing because I had to work. I ended up being 20 minutes late because Spirit arrived at 9:25am and I spent a little time showing Emilee how to care for the newborn. She took care of Christmas and Kringle and called me at work to keep me updated. They seem big but Kira weighed 6 oz at birth and at 7 months old is only 3.5 pounds. I will have some pictures later of our new babies.............

The Spirit of Christmas Kringle............
 

Here are the babies.........Spirit was the first born at 5 ounces. He has a a tan snout with a small amount of deep gold on his chest. Christmas was only 4 ounces and Kringle was 6 ounces. Both Christmas and Kringle are very, very dark like daddy Dinky. They only have a little deep gold across their chest. Kira was 6 ounces when she was born and I fully expected her to be at least 5 pounds, if not more, but she's still very tiny, just a little over 3 pounds. It will be very interesting to see them grow. They were at the vet today for tail docks and dew claws. For Christmas, my family went together and got me a new digital because mine died in August and I've been using my daughter's since then. I guess she decided it was time to give hers back..... What is funny is I had been pricing them on the internet and had picked out one I was going to get after Christmas. It's not what I picked out but it has most of the same features so I'm very happy with it and got some great shots at Christmas. And here's another announcement.........Love is pregnant. It certainly wasn't planned and MoJo nailed her before I realized she was in heat. I surely did not want her to have a litter this soon, so keep your fingers crossed. Roxie also had a litter at the same age, again, it was MoJo. He's so darn fast it isn't funny. She should deliver sometime next week.......cause I forgot to write it down maybe in hopes that she wouldn't get pregnant. All I can say is oh well and go with the flow.

I also included a picture of Dinky so you can see just how dark his head still is. And it's actually darker than the picture because of the flash.

I will certaintly love watching these little ones grow up!! Dinky looks just like Scampers when Scampers has his hair down. Once you pull it back though, he looks like a completely different dog!!

You sure are going to have your hands full with two litters running around. I can't believe Love is so close to her due date, I was thinking it was two weeks away but I guess I am still a week behind, lol. Is she still dark also?? How much does she weigh??

So since you have your new camera that means we get to see more pictures right!?!;)

I hope all goes well with Love, I am sure everything will be just fine. It will be interesting to see her pups as well. Mojo is such a cutie and I bet they will have such adorable babies!!

WOW!!! Dinky is the color of midnightl black!!! He's at least three shades darker than Biscuit. And, Biscuit is just about blue black himself. What a handsome little man he has turned out to be.

I am sending out a special prayer to you and Love that all goes smoothly. You're going to have your hands full in a few weeks with all those precious little ones running around. I'm always open for doggie sitting duty...I just wish we were closer. I'd be there EVERY day! :D

WOW, Linda! They are beautiful... I am surprised to hear about Love, but GOOD LUCK to you and to her... better put a belt on MoJo.. LOL...

Star and Star with her substitute mama Roxie. Star is just 3 lb and Roxie a little over 4 pounds. In the picture, Star looks bigger but she really isn't. Star definitely is not black and tan. The black is more sooty gray color and the tan is like very, very light, more like a light tan that's been left sit in the sun too long and has faded.

I didn't forget about my Lovey Girl, our little Reggie.

Christmas already has a home in northwestern Ohio when she's old enough. Too bad Dinky and Feebie didn't have 10 girls, I think I probably could have found great homes for all of them. I am really going to have to concentrate on finding another female for Dinky. I can't put it all on Feebie.
And I wish you lived closer too. I could use a puppy sitter.

You couldn't be more surprised than I was to find MoJo tied to her........and really pissed at him....... and me! Roxie was just about the same age and weight when MoJo got her. Now that Hopey is a big girl, only Star is still a baby girl. I wouldn't be surprised if she stays that way until she's over a year old. Guess I better not say that or I might have to eat my words.

WOW WOW... Star and Love are so beautiful.... Star looks JUST like Hopey.. she has the same coloring, almost no tan at all. She is mad at her mommy cuz she is having to wear panties... LOL

Love and her little boys, Prospero and Anio Nuevo (Happy and New Year) are doing fine and Love is being a very good mommy. She had a false labor on the first. I had to work last night so I had my granddaughter come a "Love" sit. My husband also had a meeting and I didn't want to leave Love alone especially since this was her first litter and she is small. Sure enough, at 6:30 her water broke and I came flying home because Emilee said she was shaking all over but I knew that was due to it being her first time. Roxie did the same thing. Emilee and I had to laugh at her because when she was having contractions, she sounded just like a dolphin. Prospero was born at 6:55pm. Poor little thing has a hair lip. I'll get some pics tonight, if I can. But the good news is he seems to be eating good because he isn't loosing any weight. I felt comfortable enough to go back to work and let Emilee handle the rest. Anio arrived at 8:51pm. Both weighed 4 ounces and Anio has a double white crest on his chest. Anio is dark like Star and Prospero looks more like MoJo. I'm just so glad it's over and Love is doing good and the pups are doing good so far. Feebie's pups should be opening their eyes this weekend. Can't wait!

I am SO happy that all went well! I was sitting on pins and needles over here wondering about Love. You're definitely going to have your hands full in a few weeks with all those new editions. I'm just so bummed that I'm not closer. I'd love to meet the extended family. Guess I'll have to see what I can come up with by way of passing off a trip up there as vacation plans. I doubt my husband would notice as long as there is big screen television and cold beer involved... :rolleyes:

HEY! LEt's have a Reggie baby reunion? How Cool! I would LOVE to meet Hopey's family... she is just SUCH a joy, I still sometimes cannot beleive that I managed to really have her in my home... I really love that baby girl! She does make me want 10 more....

Donna, that would be great if we could all meet up!! I told Linda I thought about going over to her house with Destiny in March, I thought it would be a great birthday present for Destiny to see her sisters again. And I would love to meet you and Kelly in person!!

Hey Linda I was reading your page on Love and some of the traits she has from Reggie. Destiny loves barking at about every little thing she hears, she will rollover on her back when you go to pick her up and she always lays beside me on her back wanting a belly rub. It is amazing how much of Reggie they all have in them!!

the funniest thing about Hope, that makes me think of Reggie, EVERYDAY!
Linda said that Reggie would bark at a "fly fart".... LOL... THAT is my Hopey!
it makes me laugh all the time, thinking about that.... The only time that Hope will actually lay still is if you are rubbing her belly...
