Day 1 of Agility 4 Attachment(s) OK, so it was only Day 1 of Agility 1, but I was quite proud of Eddie tonight. There were about 14 (big!) dogs in the class and 3 instructors, but each instructor who worked with our group used Eddie as the Demo Dog to do the skill first. Our main instructor raved about him. I'm undoubtedly bragging too much because he's no national champ in the making, but it was a pleasant surprise after his first few obedience classes when he started out as the class clown. He's starting to get it! Here are some unrelated pix from today. We had some nice light for a change, and Sophia stopped by for a visit. |
lol, I think you went off-topic in your own post! Anyway, way to go Eddie!!!! Can't wait to cheer you on as national champ! Agility is tons of fun, and some of these little yorkies do a great job! It's so cute to see the little guys flying over the obstacles. Great unrelated pics! Looks like they had a lot of fun running around outside today. |
Thanks for sharing the pics:) I just LOVE seeing pics of Eddie and Jack! And what a cute shot of Sophia - love the look on her face! Keep us posted on how Eddie does in agility - I just know he's gonna be "top dog" in his class:) |
I bet you were so proud of him!!! He seems so little with so much power. LOL Love the pics of Jack and Eddie. Who is the other doggie??? Good Luck Eddie, and try not to steal the show in class. LOL:p :p :p |
Awww...they look like they are just having tooo much fun when you show their pictures! :smhuge2: |
That's great! I love watching agility competitions. I know I could never have a well enough trained dog to do that. Love the pictures! |

AY and Eddie have to work together to get this right! Good for both of them! btw, where's the pics of you and Eddie running the course????? I seem to remember a video awhile back:rolleyes: |
Congratulations on Eddie becoming the FUTURE agility champion! :D |
Thanks, everyone. Denise, the long-haired chihuahua is Sophia, a cousin's dog. We dogsit quite often, and she's one of the few little dogs who can keep up with Eddie. And Gingergirlsmom, I agree with you that it's not the dogs but the trainers who need the training. In the beginning, Eddie seemed no smarter or dumber than any other untrained dog I've had. But both of us are learning. As for vids, it's been too wet lately! |
  Good job and may I say GREAT PIC's! Thanks for sharing. :) |
You get THE BEST Action shots - is that Jack running so fast his hair is flying like a superman cape ? They look so freakin adorable and I bet are just loving the summer time - soon enough you'll be back up to your butts in snow....so TAKE MORE PICTURES ! not that I don't like snow shots cause I LOVE them :D and I can easily see little Eddie showing his stuff - I bet everyone loves watching him |
I forgot - That picture of Sophia is priceless - what a happy face - you can tell she's having a ball |
Oh what precious pictures of them. |
