Video & VERY prof' pic of Molly. (5 months) They grow up fast.. 1 Attachment(s) Molly is such a sweetie now. She's getting a really mature face and all her black hair is starting to grow out.. she's as cheeky as ever still! Every person we see just adore her, she's got such a big personality and (of course) she's absolutely GORGEOUS. I'm a very proud mum! Video: http://www.dropshots.com/day.php?use...2&ctime=063003 Isn't she adorable..? She just loves the camera and knows all the right poses! (Sadly this was taken 15 minutes BEFORE she went to the groomers, and the video was taken afterwards. ) |
She was in the Kennels for a week, she got back yesterday so recently she's just been SO happy! And I'm very pleased to have her back. When we got back into the house yesterday we went on the field at the back of our house and because she's had no proper exercise (off a lead) she was running around like crazy, big grin on her face, wind through her hair. It was sooooo cute. It's a shame she has to go back in 8 weeks cause we're going on holiday again! But this time, it's for two weeks. Everytime I have to leave her there I burst out crying and I missed her all week. |
That is one happy girl!.....She is so pretty, and I loved watching her roll onto her new sqeaky , LOL......I bet she was some glad to see you come home, and at least next time you leave her she will know now that you will come back. :) |
how was the kennel???? i have thought about it for my two but am very scared. ohhh i loved the video |
It seemed like a perfectly nice place and she was walked twice a day and everything so we thought she'd be fine there, she'd just miss us. We phoned about 3 times during the week asking if she was alright and they told us that she was a bit anxious and scared for the first 2 days but after that she was perfect. She was all giddy and jumping up at people when they came in and washing their faces and stuff.. so I'm glad she got used to it and adapted. But gosh, she was extremely happy when we came to pick her up. She was crying, circling round us, weeing herself..! She hasn't taken us for granted since. I'm sure yours will be just fine. What we did with Molly is we let her go in the kennel for a day and night and then went and got her so she was familiar with it before we just went and left her and she knew we were coming back to get her. You should do that. I don't have any proof that it worked but it must've helped her. I was the same as you, I really didn't wanna put her in a kennel.. away from home AND us. I was thinking about hiring someone who looks after the dog in your own house so it's not so scary and stuff.. but, can you really trust a stranger with your house and your baby? To your Yorkie, it'll soon just be a frequent occurence and the more they go in it, the less worry it is for your dog. So don't hesitate cause then it'll be better for both of you. Just make sure you research into the Kennel, I've heard lots of stories about them not looking after the dog properly.. letting it exercise itself, not giving it enough food and at the right times, sometimes even physical abuse.. so.. Good luck!! ;) |
