Tucker went to the groomer's for the first time this week. I was soooo nervous! I took a picture with me of Nikko that Nikko's human was kind enough to post. Tucker had so much cottony fur that it was getting to be a hassle... but i knew he would look so different when he came out that i was afraid they would give me the wrong puppy!
I absolutely love his new cut! i know he doesn't look very "yorkie" now, but i love being able to see his face. it will be wonderful for this summer at the coast and by the pool.
oh, and no more picking stickers from the yard out of his coat, either! I am so excited!!!

WOW. Looks like 2 different dogs. He is adorable. I'm debating about getting my two cut. My husband might have a cow if I do. Although he is not the one that brushes and bathes them.

Wow he really does look like a different pup. But he is adorable. I love it and you are right - I love seeing his face. I am taking Kim to get her summer cut today- I hope the groomer does as well !!

we're in southeast GA. about 45 mins west of savannah.
Tucker does kinda look like a little jackrabbit when he runs around now. the men in my life get a kick out of that! but i'm going on vacation this week and my mom is keeping him for me. i didn't want her to have the hassle of brushing him every day! :)

We are in the metro Atlanta area. About 5 miles from Stone Mtn. Park.

He is adorable.

My goodness, are you sure they gave you the right babe?...LOL...he looks soooo different. He will be nice and cool for the summer, he seems to like his new do, looks like he is smiling in the after picture......what a handsome young man!...:thumbup:

I just picked up my little guy too today from the groomers and he got a puppy cut as well. As soon as I get home I will post his before and afters too.
Of course my little guy looks adorable and I love him but he does look like a totally different pup. It has only been a couple of hours so I am not sure if I will do it again on him. Your guy looks adorable! Funny how he went in black and came out silver but so precious for sure! :)

The change in color is incredible, isn't it? he's four mos old and he was having silver roots already. I said we were either going to have to get him cut or have his roots done... :rolleyes: since tucker is such a tough guy, we decided to go with the cut :)
