Maddie got new harnesses!
 

Maddie had a great day today! She got her stitches out and is feeling great! It was so nice to give her a bath...she couldn't have one until the stitches were out! When we got home today, there was a package and it was Maddie's harnesses I'd ordered off the internet. I ordered these from a lady that I had gotten a couple of doggie diapers off ebay earlier. I got the diapers only for when we go to someone elses home, so I don't have to worry about her having an accident. Besides that...they are darling! The harnesses are wonderful and they go on so easily with velcro. We tried one out tonite and it was great and oh so cute!

Oh...I almost forgot...the harnesses are reversible, but only one side has the ring for the leash. The other side is just for show. The checkered multicolored harness is red on the other side and the white chenille one with rhinestones (oh how they sparkle) is white w/ pink flowers on the other side. ive seen these velcro harnesses and they look cute, but hwo functional are they really?..... toby is going through this thing where his harness is getting too small and the next size up is way to big :confused: i cuold make one of these harnesses but is it worth my time???? Toby is good on a leash, but he does pull once in a while because he is still learning, he is also larger (around 9 lbs) and is all muscle, so he is STRONG..... my concern is that the velcro would hold....... what are your thoughts

Hi Orinskye! Maddie is not as big as Toby, but she's a little spitfire and pulls and tugs at that leash and we went for a walk tonite and the velcro did not budge. It is that really strong and wide velcro and it velcros around the neck and under the tummy, so I figure even if one part let loose, the other part would hold on...but they sure held tight on our walk! I would think as long as the velcro doesn't get clogged with stuff, that it will do it's thing.

I am looking to order some more harness dresses for Bella since she loves to go outside and walk but I can't find prices on here website. Am I missing them or can you tell me how much you paid for the harnesses?

Nemom...she doesn't have the prices listed on her site. Only the pictures and then you are supposed to email her and ask her for info. I paid $20 for both...$10 each...plus $3.50 or $3.95 S&H. I am not sure if that's regular price or what...maybe I got a discount for buying 2...or having had bought the diapers from her...or maybe that's what she charges everyone. I guess it's because she sells to pet stores and they don't want her website showing the cost when the pet stores mark them up...if that makes sense.

pspin1975...the diapers I ordered from the same lady that makes the harnesses. If you go to her website you will see them and if she doesn't have a color you want, I'm sure she takes requests.

Sully is drooling! He wants to put on a vest harness and go for a walk with that little cutie! LOL.

Seeing adorable girly-clothes makes me look forward to one day getting a girl yorkie. (But it will be a while until I convince my hubby, haha.) Very cute tho', cute pics especially.
