What's a funny "trait" your yorkie has?
 

when nala pee's she hikes one leg up a little bit so she won't pee on it :D but then turns back around and usually steps in it. i laugh everytime i see her do it unless in on the carpet :mad:

Sandy's funniest trait is that she rolls over onto her back the second my husband walks into the house, ready for her tummy rub. It never fails.

Tia's is: climbing on Sandy's back. That's her favorite hangout. If Sandy is sleeping, Tia climbs up and goes to sleep on her back. It's so funny!

Also he will look at me with the front part of his body on the floor and just his butt sticking up and bark when he wants to play:)

Oh gosh, I could think of sooo many!

Before Esme poos, she goes to her pad, she puts her two front paws on the wall and jumps up and down. Then finally, she gets on all four and does her thing. This is my signal for Esme needing to go. It NEVER fails.

Esme twirls in circles when it's feeding time all the way from the closet where her food is to her feeding area!

Esme sits next to the counter where her treats are and she looks at me, looks up at the counter, looks at me, looks up at the counter, and this goes on and on until she gets a treat! (I do make her work for it a little first)
The same thing happens with the sofa, eyes on me, sofa, me, sofa until finally I sit on the sofa and put her on my lap.

Esme has to play with her toys all at once. If she has 5 toys out, she piles them all together and tries to chew them all equally. It's HALARIOUS! The best part is when we are eating dinner, and she goes under the table and piles ALL her toys on my husbands feet and plays there!

I could go on and on...

toby stretches like a cat........ when he was a baby he used to lean up against the wall like he was being arrested while he whent poop...... now he likes to talk back, he ALWAYS has to have the last word (its not barking,... just "talking")

Yeah, that's Bo. We've all laughed because he never plays with just one toy. He'll have 2 or 3 piled together. I was afraid he had some kind of obsessive/compulsive thing goin' on. And Bo usually comes to lay on our feet too!
Also, he thinks he's a mountain goat! He'll walk along the arms of the couches or across the coffee table, even gets on the end table. I caught him laying there yesterday! Or maybe he thinks he's a cat!

That is EXACTLY what Esme does!!!!! You described it perfectly! I wonder how many other puppies do this? Maybe its a yorkie thing??

These are so cute:) My husband taught Bentley to apologize. If he poops or pees on the floor he will come lay at your feet on his back and move his paw paws back and fourth. It's his way of saying he's sorry :aimeeyork He's so sweet. He gets really embarassed if he uses the potty in the house. I mean literally embarassed! He gets embarassed if I dress him up in outfits too :p I think yorkies can have the most expressionable looks on thier faces. It's like you can tell exactly what they are thinking just by the way they look at you.

I have a yorkie that smiles on command... She always smiles and sits up and begs when someone comes over.. Everyone gets a kick out of it. and she KNOWS it gets attention every time..

Lexi does the same thing to my husband, and everytime one of the cats fall asleep she climbs on their backs...

Good! I was getting worried that Tia was a little crazy - my little back sleeper ;) I'm glad she's not the only one!

Stewie's funny things:

He lays on top of the heat vent no matter where we are and lets his hair blow, but he hates the blow drier.

He will do anything in his power to stay away from the vacuum cleaner. Like, he'd rather risk falling down the stairs or forego a treat than go within 10 feet of it.

I sleep on my stomach and he sleeps on MY back or sleeps wrapped around my boyfriend's neck like a scarf.

Silly Starsky
 

Starsky will get really frisky and silly, running around like a crazy man, picking on my beagle,grabing a toy to chew on and then all of a sudden he is asleep on the floor or in his crate. Just like that. Is this normal? He does sleep a lot but when he has his frisky times he is a go getter. He practically slept through his whole vet exam. He did wake up after the vet was done and she saw him being crazy silly! In fact he is sleeping by my feet right now. I get nervous when he sleeps alot because I think of that hypoglycemic problems. He does nibble on food all day. 2 to 3 bowel movements a day too.

This is all normal right? I hate worrying!!

Luigi has so many, but here some of my favorite:

When we get to stay in bed after Daddy goes to work and he cuddles up next to me puts his head on my pillow and slowly he inches closer and closer to me!

When he is poopooing outside, and the wind is blowing and he just looks over at me and he looks like he is going to blow away all while doing his thing.

When he knows I am getting ready to leave and he puts his ears back to give me is cute face hoping it will get me to stay home!

The way he bats his eyes when he is getting tired. He tries to force them to stay opened and then all of a sudden he losses that battle and he zonks out!!

Otis burps loud and strong like a 300-pound man.

Otis hides everytime we fry something on the stove. He hates that popping and sizzling sound.

Chewy runs back and forth with his head on the ground, frantic. He has no topknot or any styling, and he's not itchy...I'm not quite sure why he does this, but he gets a terribly need to roll and roll and roll and run to another room and then start all over.

He also does this when an occasional ant comes into the house. He paws at it, and makes a little talky noise and then rolls over the ant. The he leaps up, runs in circles nad makes excited paws (play bow?) at the ant, and rolls his nose and head all over the ant untill the ant gets stuck in his fur. The he exitedly runs all over hte house rolling his head on the carpet like some great furry plow.

Oh yeah, the CUTEST thing he does is that he gets a ball and rolls onto his back and holds the ball in his his little paws. He looks JUST like an otter when he does it. You can pick him up and he will still be munching the squeaky ball, cary him to the wife, "look at your otter" and he continues to hold the ball in his paws and move it into and out of his mouth's reach...Like he's teasing himself?

A similar funny thing he does, is getting his ball on the edge of whatever hes on. Edge of the bed, edge of the chair, edge of the sofa, and he grasps the ball in his paws and plays with it for the 4 seconds it takes him to drop it. Then he gets the ball goes back up where he was and repeats. A lot.

If you pull him to the middle of the bed, he will take the ball back to the edge again. That's my chewy, on the EDGE!

Bo hates to be caught, even when he's asked to go outside! He'll jump back and dart and run the whole time yipping at me. Little by little he'll start to edge closer muttering under his breath the whole time letting me know that getting that halter on REALLY puts him out. Then with a soft growl of resignation he'll come over and stick his head into the halter. What a drama king!!
Oh, and he burps too, just like Otis, well, maybe not as loud as a 300 pound man, LOL.
