Mommy had a hard day..... Been crying most of it. Thank god for sweet little yorkies and their tiny little kisses! I may not have made it through the day without her! I swear my Pixie is a life saver sometimes. I had given my two weeks notice at work, cause I am moving, and being that I am in a managment position and have access to millions in diamonds, the company sees me as a security risk. I wonder why? lol I understand. But they had told me I could work out my two weeks..... and then today I got walked out. No proper goodbyes, no nothing, 3 years of my life gone just like that, and thats it.... Turn in your keys and we'll escort you to the door. Wow! It was like being hit by a Mac Truck!

Pixie really saved the day!

Check out these pictures of her dressed in her Desperate Housedogs Tank Top and her Beaded Flower Hair Clip. She is such a sweetheart! Don't mind the dust on the base of the lamp... I will have plenty of time to get to it now that I am unemployed.

Guys.... I really am sorry. I will take better ones when I am feeling better I promise! I swear I normally take great pictures. I have an awesome new camera and everything! Wow. I really got some bad ones.... Yikes.

Sorry about your job :( that was pretty rude of them. Best of luck with your move. Yorkies are the best at making us feel better, aren't they? Gotta love it. When life brings you down, you still always have Pixie!! :)

I'm so sorry you had a bad day. One good thing about these little guys, they sure can brighten your day when things go bad. She is too cute. And I for one am glad you shared! Good luck you to.

That's a shame but I guess I can sort of understand their thinking and you shouldn't take it personally....but I'll say this....Kissing and looking into that little face would make ANYONE feel better and she's a little doll....

I'm sorry you were treated that way but you are already way ahead of them ...you have a Yorkie in your life !

OMG how rude can one company be, Regardless if you gave two weeks and they have billions in diamonds how crule to do that to you. I hate companies like that all they are in it is for them self, who cares how we make the other person feel who cares she or he spent many years helping grow our business who cares she has a family to raise ( even if it is dogs lol) People should not do that. Any fur animal makes you feel better as soon as you touch them it is so relaxing. I hope when you move and get settled in your new work you look back on that day and give that big SOB in your mind a good you no what in the rump.

My thoghts are with you and coming her will help you change your mind on that low life company.

Your better off without that in your life.

I am so sorry about your job. I know it must be hard for you but just think of all the fun things you can do with these extra 2 weeks, that you didn't have before! Great pics of Pixie, she is a doll! :)

So sorry but if it helps to know i had a simular experiance .The only good thing is time..and soon it will be a memory is all.So embrace that sweet baby of yours and look at it like ..its for the best ..call your co workers ya want to say good bye to..and soon your life will taKE A WHOLE NEW meaning ..(((((((((hugs)))))))))) to you. :p

I am sorry about the way your office treated you. However, you baby is gorgeous. Love the pics, enjoy your 2 week vacation think of how much more relaxed you'll be not having to go to work for 2 weeks before starting a new job!

I feel much better this morning! Pixie is up and just as sassy as ever! We are dressed up and going out together to run errands! he he he. She is like feel good therapy! We will get lots of ohhhs and awwwws in her outfit today! :D Boy I am shallow! But it works! I'll admitt it! the same way shopping works when I'm feeling down.

Well, I am off to escort my superstar around town! lol :p

What fun this will be.... And people wonder if we like to show off our dogs.... Naaaaaa.

I'm so sorry about that experience. I understand totally how you feel the TV station I worked for was bought out, and a lot of us were laid off. The horrible thing was we didn't even know who was going and who was staying until the day we told to leave. <Sigh> Although I wasn't walked out the door, and although 80% of the staff was laid off; it still felt horrible!

Tomorrow will be a better day!!! And those pictures are adorable!
