We got plenty for everyone!!! They all like to play in it but Grandpa Marley (I think it makes his arthritis hurt.) and Widget who can only last a couple of minutes before she starts shivering and has to come in and cuddle in a towel warmed up in the dryer.

I appreciate your offer, however, at this time, I will have to respectfully decline! Being from the south, all we need is some RAIN to get the "rednecks" out hollering, "hey ya'll, hold my beer and watch this" before having a wreck. Adding snow into the mix would be a nightmare!!!!! All joking aside.....ummm...okay, so I'm not joking about the redneck comment..LOL....great pics:) I so enjoy seeing the snow pics!

Sure we are...heck, NC is just a few short miles away (as the crow flies)! Just gotta get through Alabama and Georgia to get to you, but yes, I'd say we're neighbors:):)

I know what you mean! I'm originally from South Carolina, and every time they even mention the word snow, everybody goes to the store and buys all the perishables on the shelf!!

Then the next day the dusting of snow is gone!

I've even seen people on skis being pulled by a pickup down the middle of a street on 2 inches of snow... :rolleyes:

Gotta love the South!! :D :D

that snow is so pretty! I'm in Albany and we got half an inch, missed that one! Your babies are too cute in the snow :)

Sherry Lynn...I work at the corporate office of one of those grocery stores in Greenville. Don't you know that we are the ones who start the rumors of snow and ice so people will come to the stores and buy all the milk and bread!! ;)

Haven't had too much luck this year. We did get the ice in December, but most of the stores lost power too, so that was not good! They are possibly calling for more snow/sleet this weekend so maybe we will get something this time!! Preferably snow!!

Sherry your babies are too cute for words. They are definetely looking like they are having fun. I wish I was there having fun on your back porch with all of that snow. We can have a few martini's and continue dancing around the boom tree covered in snow. :D

You wouldn't believe how fast it melted, Nobella!! It's been in the 60s the last couple of days, and this morning it rained. All you can see of the snow now is what's left from where they plowed it into big piles.

The deck and woods are clear. But we can still drink and dance out there!! :p There are 2 trees that grow up through the deck. We can designate one to be the boom boom tree! :p

Sounds good to me. I know Coco would love to join us in the dancing around the boom boom tree. She sure knows how to shake her rump shaker..lol...and Dublin could help her ;)

That's the one thing I miss about living up north...Snow!!! I love it :) Miko has never seen snow, but my hubby and I are planning on maybe bringing Miko with us to Colorado next yr for a vacation :)

Yep! Bonnie got to work here also for a few days this week! My boss let me bring her in while I was having hard woods put on my stairs. Everybody loved her and were dissapointed when she didn't come back today! (I just hope she isn't home tearing everything up because she is mad at me for not bringing her!)

Oh...they are calling for freezing rain and snow this weekend...so we are stocking the shelves with more bread and milk!!
