LOL!! I still can't stop laughing. He is sooo cute! I notice that a few of you said he looks like a lion. That's what I asked for. I told the groomer I wanted a lion cut on him. He said "a lion cut? We've only done those on cats. I'm not sure how that's going to look"...LOL! I think he looks great! He's getting used to it...and trust me, it's not cold here (I know it is a dreadful winter in most places right now). I just felt like doing something fun. He even jumps and plays a little different. A little more spunky (maybe it's just the cut). LOL! :D :D

You're so LA, I love it! He looks exactly like a little lion. I showed Surfie, he ran, I think he prefers the surfer dude look. Little does he know, I might just copy that do. It's been hot here, so he's perfect for the weather we're having.

You should! It's such a fun "do"! Their hair will always grow. I just like to have fun with it. I thought a about cutting his face hair and just giving him a mohawk on the top of his head...LOL! I just didn't think I would be forgiven so easily on that one! :p He even looks a little hippie-ish if I take the bow out. He looks like he's wearing bellbottoms with shaggy hair.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I also had them leave his tail hair. So he also has his long tail hair in the back too... :D

come'on lady's...HE'S A YORKIE! his hair pos'e be long,makes me think back when I brought our little Tiffany in and the groomer recommended a shaunzer

Also, Monkey's hair isn't the long and silky beautiful hair that I think a Yorkie should have. That's why I'm not afraid to play with it. Now, when Maddie was still with us, I would NEVER cut her hair. She had such beautiful shiny silky hair. Too bad for Monkey...LOL!

I think that its very cute and creative. I wouldn't laugh at him too much though, my sister in law has a long haired wiener dog and she gave him a mohawk once just bc and we all laughed at him, well he got his feelings hurt and would hide under the bed and when he would come out he would just mope around with his head down, the poor thing knew we were making fun of him!! :(
