Well, if Joran says so, then I guess we'll just HAVE to keep him. Poor little guy deserves a break, so yes, we're going to keep him. But I'm not sure Jack will be up for posing for a winter beach party like Eddie did. We may have to wait till summer for another video for Joran.

Eddie is still learning how to SHARE his toys, but there's no open hostility. The funniest part was when we threw Eddie's Kong for Jack. Jack tentatively headed toward it, but Eddie leaped off the couch, slid across the wood floor and slammed his head into the entertainment center. Eddie won the race but had a sore noggin to remember it. Never in my life did I think I could look at Eddie and see a BIG dog, but he's HUGE compared to Jack. He goes 8-plus pounds to Jack's 4.

I really appreciate all the comments. I've read every word more than once. And it's comforting to know that we're not going through anything that a lot of you haven't been through before and survived.

And I see why you all complain about trying to get two to pose at the same time. This is as good as I could do. Jack still needs a bath. That's on tap for tomorrow.

Oh I am so thrilled for all of you!! Jack is adorable and I can't wait to hear how they get along! I'm sure they will be fine. They will end up loving each other I'm sure of it! Eddie will be the big brother and Jack will learn so much from him. I'm so glad you are giving this little boy a wonderful home. He is so lucky that you've found him!

LOOK at those 2 boys ! They are sooooooooooo cute and I'm so happy for you - What a great thing you did and Jack is now officially a Yorkietalk Boy - CONGRATULATIONS and I can't wait to see him more - He's just darling.... :)

and lol on Eddie the Speed Racer - he and Chanel sound SO much alike with the toys - nothing will stop her either if she thinks Cheri is going to get one without her permission :)

Jack is adorable. I can't imagine ever letting him go! How in the world did his previous owners do that??? Mike, he needs you! It's weird, we are all rescuing the poor yorkies of the world...first Jaspersmom, then you, and I put in an adoption application for a little man named Eli (I posted in general about him). There are so many out there that need homes!

"All good things come to those who wait" , maybe not exactly correct quote but JACK looks at home already. Congratulations Eddie on your new brother. I am sure you can teach him all about loving the snow. And Mike and Kelly- you don't have to train a puppy!!!!!!!! :D I hope he warms up quickly and that he is all you expect and then some.

I am so happy you have decided to keep Jack and it will be so wonderful
for Eddie, whether he quite knows it yet or not. I think the fact that he
is so accepting ALREADY could only be a good sign. You are doing a good
thing here and once Jack settles in and with your interest in training, you
all will have a ball. Eddie is our speed ball but just you watch these little
ones can move like crazy too and might just about keep up with Eddie.
Hugs to you Eddie for being so accepting ( you don't have to give anybody
your toy just yet :) ) and welcome to you little Jack; you don't quite know
it yet but you are in your forever home with lots of love that you have been
missing.

What a little sweetheart! I second what livingdustmops said about you having a special bond with him because of the unfairness he's had in his life. I have a rescue that joined our family last year. He has stolen my heart (did that from the start) and yes, ask my hubby, I have spoiled him rotten!! Don't get me wrong, I love Gabby to pieces but Gage did not get the best start in life and I'm trying to make up for that now by showering him with love, attention, clothes, toys, you name it!! Let your heart be your guide, you'll know if it's meant to be. And as others have also said, once he gets used to his new forever home, it won't be long before he's giving Eddie a run for his money:) Keep us posted!

I've been checking this thread since you started it and I'm so happy that you decided to keep Jack. Now he will have a loving hope forever and won't get passed around again. Congratulations to you all and Eddie I'm happy you got a brother.

OF COURSE, we all knew you would keep him.. ya can't bring them home, and not, I can't even go look at one without wanting too.
Love the name Jack ( it fits him) BTW~ that was gonna be Bailey's name, then I changed it.
Can't wait to see ~The ADVENTURES of EDDIE AND JACK~.... Coming to a computer SOON! :D :thumbup:
I'm so happy he finally has a forever home, one better than he could ever imagine, I'm sure.. makes me wanna cry, they should all be so lucky. :( ;)

We are soo happy for you!!! Jack will be sooo happy and to have such a great new brother!!!!! They will have a ball together!!! And Luigi and Brasco are sooo happy now there is another Brother pair here!!!!! Hehe!!!!
And coming from what I have been thru the past few monthes with my rescue--he is sooo wonderful and sooo special to us!!!! I can just tell somehow that he is soooo appreciateive for his forever home he has now!!! ANd Weeg really looks over him!!!! LAst night we were all in bed and I look over and see Weegie cleaning out his eyes and they were all snuggy with each other!!! It made my heart melt!!!!

I wish you the best and if you need anything---ask!!! I think its safe to say we are all happy for you here nad if you need anything--we are all here!!! YAyayayayay for Jack and Eddie!!!!!

Luigi and Brasco send both Eddie and Jack lots of love and kisses!!!!!!

He is too cute! Give him time- he'll adjust to Eddie the Speed Racer! This is a great opportunity for Jack to finally get the loving home he deserves! I can't wait to see more pictures of him. Congrats!

Took the words right out of my mouth, Joan! Eddie seems to have picked Jack over the other ones you looked at, Mike. I think this was meant to be. And I am so happy for you, Mrs. Eddie's father, Eddie and Jack. Look how many you have made happy in just one day!! :) ;) :D

Oh, he's so cute! Jack has "the look" of being wary in his eyes.

That's exactly the way Muffie was when we brought Missy home.

Congrats on the new addition to your family....So glad you decided to keep Jack. He is a cutie!! I bet in no time Eddie and Jack will be best of friends and will begin get into trouble together...you know how boys are!!
