Meet Madlyn finally! 4 Attachment(s) Here's my new little girl, Madlyn... she was 8 weeks when I got her, she is now 11 weeks and has everyone except Izzy wrapped around her paw. She's full of life and has no fear. Not of big Boxer pups, not of storms, and she's even fearless when faced with a vacuum or steam cleaner. Brave little terrorist. Toby has accepted her completely and they play all the time. And for being so much bigger than her, it is amazing how gentle and sweet he is with her. He lets her bite all over him and hang off of him by her little teeth like its nothing.Izzy is just starting to consider coming around . She hasn't taken the addition too lightly. But if Madlyn is locked out of the room and crying, both Toby and Izzy go nuts until she is released. She's been really good about her potty training so far... makes it about 85% of the time. and when I take her to a friends house, and i put her potty pad down, she always goes right on it like a boss! crazy! At 8 weeks she weighed 1.6 I do believe. and while she had the darkest features of all the pups, she is already lightening up quite a bit as you can see in the picture of my friend Mikey holding her up. My vet checked her out right after I first got her and said she couldn't be any healthier, so I am happy about that. She is adorable. even when she looks sinister. Yes, I said sinister. She gets this sinister look about her sometimes, and I'm not the only one that said that, lol. Maybe she'll give Toby a run his money in the terrorist category. :) |
Such a cutie .. |
She's adorable! |
She is beautiful! Enjoy her at that age because before you know it she will be a whopping 4 pounds! |
OMG, I am soooo happy for you, Madlyn is adorable, in that first pic she does have that sinister look in her eyes lol. That's amazing that Toby allows her to nip, bite and hang off him, he has fallen in love with her already. Toby and Madlyn must be hilarious to watch. Izzy will come around, the older dogs don't like puppies jumping in their face and nipping them. Toby must be so happy to have a hyper sister to wrestle with. Toby may just have met his match lol, and heaven help you lol. Isn't it something that the larger dogs are gentle with the smaller babies. The last two I had one weighed 17LBs,and was 5 y/o, my other girl was 9 y/o and 9 lbs, Matese the17 pounder was sooooo gentle with her, respected her it was amazing to watch them play. Have fun while you are pulling out your hair lol So happy for you. |
In the last pic, she definitely has a sinister look. Destroyer of worlds....she is adorable |

She's too cute beyond words. Congratulations! |
1 Attachment(s) she's just cute! She mastered the doggie door today and she's getting her first grooming session today too. Gotta make sure she doesn't fight us like Toby does. She's watching me talk about her as i type. lol |
She's a fluffy lil sweetie. Has Izzy accepted her. |
yes for the most part. She still nips her if she wakes her up and growls when she is on my lap and Maddy comes near. But mostly she tolerates her and sometimes even plays with her. |
awwww :) |
Great that Izzy at least will play with her lol. Hey, where's the 4 month photo up-date of little Maddy, lol. |
Madlyn is absolutely adorable........keep posting pictures !!! |
