Here are a couple of pictures of my Valentine's Day present. Her name is Little Miss Elliot and she is 13 weeks old. She joins her brother Duncan, another yorkie who is 5 months old and another sister, Anya, a mini dachshund who is 13 years old. It's taken me this long to figure out how to resize the pictures I had taken of her. If this works, I will be able to post a couple of pictures of Duncan too :)

Yeah! The image editor worked!! I am so happy :) Here are a couple of pictures of Duncan, my 5 month old Yorkie, who was my Christmas present, from the day I got him to now. I don't know how all of you get such great pictures of your furbabies. Mine just won't sit for me to get a good picture of them. Maybe when they get older.

Beautiful puppies!!! My puppy's name is Little Miss Sunshine, lol. My little ray of sunshine every day. You'd be amazed at how many songs there are about sunshine that I sing to her, lol. I'm really realllllly wanting another puppy while she's so young. If I do, it will definitely be during the spring or summer..no more winter babies!! Too hard to take out side in awful NE weather.

It's funny you say that. Obviously I had to potty train both puppies this winter. It bothered me more than them. In fact, they love the snow so much that they didn't know what to do when their run melted free of the snow. They finally took to climbing the snowbanks to the yard so they could go on the snow. I don't know what they are going to do when all the snow melts although that doesn't look like it will be happening anytime soon. It still hasn't been above 35 here yet and we are getting snow or flurries for the next five days :(

She is adorable, but I absolutely love him! I am partial to boy dogs myself. I love girl dogs, don't get my wrong, but most of the boys I have had have been my more mellow babies. More snuggly, less moody. The boys rock!

I am sorry about your snow. I think I have gotten a sunburn already today outside. I wish I could sent you some warm weather.

Teek hates the snow so I am glad we don't get a lot of it here. I had to put his sweater on him and then a coat and he would still freeze just to go and pee. He has been outside all morning and some this afternoon with me. It must be at least 75 here today. Weather says it is 64 online but I don't believe it. I am way too warm out there for 64.

Jade, I too am finding out by having a male and female yorkie that Duncan is much more loveable than Elliot is and way more cuddly. Duncan rarely barks and Elliot is a huge yapper. She has a nasty temper too whereas Duncan is more laid back. I don't know if it is the difference in breeding or if it is the difference in female and male dogs but everyone I have spoken to has told me that males are more loveable than females also.

What adorable babies! Thanks for sharing. I have learned that treats work well to get them to sit still and look at the camera. Also, teaching them 'stay', 'sit' and 'lay down' make things easier too :p

Yes, I have to start working on stay, sit, off and down. It is just so hard between working full time, taking care of a house, potty training two of them, and trying to work training in between. I know it must be done for their own good. I was trying to wait until Elliot was a bit older and hopefully training them both at the same time.

Maybe when they are trained, I will get some good photos.
